I brought 4 new Pirelli tires in to have them put on my vehicle. I was advised of pricing and agreed to the quoted price to put on 4 tires @ $35 per tire. I thought that was high but agreed to do the change. I usually go to Elliott’s tire in Butler for tire work but heard good things about this place in town. I called Elliott’s to see in fact what they are charging for the same service and got a quote of $25 per tire. I got my receipt and on top of that they charged $5 disposal fee per tire and on top of that charged a 4% fee to use a card. I asked them to price match and or do a little better on the rate, but they declined to match or make a little better offer. Bottom line is service was friendly and efficient, but next time I will definitely shop around and likely choose one of the many other tire shops in Butler due to this experience.
So to have 4 tires put on they charged me a total of $176.38. Lesson learned for next time! I won’t go back to them, and will tell everyone who’s looking for tire service of my experience at West End Tire!

Went there to get my car aligned, came back a few months later because they messed it up so they redid it. Few months after that my tire blows because it wasn’t aligned properly…again. Twice they messed up my alignment! Bought 6 tires, 4 are junk because of the bad alignment. Also terrible attitudes

Made an appointment to get an alignment. It took a week to get in. Dropped my car off early for my appointment. Wait for 2 hours and go back to the shop. They haven’t even pulled my car in. Told me they were having issues with another vehicle, didn’t know when they’d get me in. Glad I didn’t get my work done here, who knows how long it would have taken and if it was even going to be right.

I've had them mount tires and do brakes, and bought a new set of tires there. They ordered a set of tires I wanted and had them in a day. Service prices are reasonable, tire prices are a little more than mail order but I like supporting a local business.

Super helpful staff here. Unfortunately we were not able to use their services because they couldn't get the tires we needed for our classic RV, but they did call all around town trying to get us help. If we lived in the area we would definitely patronize this business.

They didn't stock our tires and I was able to order them cheaper from the wholesaler myself and have them shipped to my house.

Really nice place to bring your vehicle! First time I’ve ever been to a car shop that charged me less than I was quoted. The man at the front helped me see the cheapest route to getting the best deal on car parts. Service was super fast and all around nice experience! Thank you again!

Horrible Customer Service! I got a price for 4 tires for $1,200. They said there is a 4% up charge for using a credit card . That would be another $50 added. Unbelievable! Not a good way to get new business. I would not recommend this company. Save your money!

I had a nail in my tire. Called for a repair and was able to bring it in that day. The repair was quick and cheap. The service was very friendly. Very nice people.
