I had the pleasure of visiting the Butler PA Sam's Club location today. This review is not on the store as this store is wonderful usually. This review pertains to the most disgruntled worker I've come across in a long time. I would encourage Sam's Club to rethink who they select to clean up the clothing piles. As I was walking through this section, a worker was folding clothes all the while calling shoppers f****** pigs and slobs. She clearly shouldn't be in this department. I totally get it though, knowing full well people just throw things everywhere but for the ones who aren't, it was truly uncomfortable to shop in that section and her huffing, puffing and ranting.

Employees were completely disrespectful to my fiancé, my service dog, and I. They would ask things like "is he really a service dog?". Completely disrespectful, rude, and unnecessary. Just looking to ruin someone's day.

I bought a set of bfg advantage t/a tires for my subaru. Noticed that ever since the install, the tires would lose pressure over time (approx 3psi a week.) The driver rear was losing about 5.5 - 6 psi a week. Took the car in for a flat repair, mentioned that all 4 were losing air, and got the flat fixed. 1 week later, same issue. Tires are losing air. Took the vehicle to a local mom & pop tire shop and had them check the tire. Surprise surprise, driver rear is leaking from the bead on the inner side of the tire. Tech pulls the tire off and calls me over. Sam's club didn't clean the rim prior to mounting the tire. Tech said it "looked like they added sealer to it". When I told the tech where I got the tires he rolled his eyes and said " 90% of the cars that come in from getting tires put on at Sam's club leak." Giving this review 3 stars due to decent tire pricing but I will NEVER get my tires mounted/ balanced at this location again.

Quit stating you're following mandates by the Governor by requiring masks. It is NOT a law. Additionally, after my unsuccessful visit, I learned that others have been told by management that you could shop without a mask. Obviously your untrained employee at the front door isn't aware of this!

I am really happy that we HAVE a Sam's Club in the Butler Pa. area. I have been a Sam's Club member since the First day that they opened. Sometimes we take things for granted. I needed some medication from the pharmacy and didn't want to come in as I was a little concerned about the Covdi19. ( I guess I am over cautious), They sent it to me and recieved it in a few days. THANK YOU, SAM'S CLUB. YOU are the BEST!!!!!

This place is turning into s*** in a handbag. Now you have to stand in line to show ur card, stand in line to pay and standing line so they can check your receipt. Then they have to scan something you bought. Makes you feel like your a thief. Oh and then when you are in.li e to have them check your receipt their flapping their lips talking to customers or drawing smiley faces on receipts. I just want to get in and out of the #^$^#^# store. Time to switch to Cosco...

Went to the Sam's Club in Butler and had the best service I have ever had at any franchise location. I called two weeks ago and ordered tires for my Honda CRV. I talked to someone and told them what I was looking for in a tire. Turns out he ordered a tire that was the wrong type for my car. (It is not a quiet tire at all.) Thankfully Pete was there and told me the tire I wanted for my car. He went above and beyond and special ordered the right tires for my car. When they were installed they made my car quieter than it was when I pulled it off the lot. I have worked with a lot of people to get things for cars over the years. Pete was the best guy I have ever worked with. Patient, courteous, and experienced enough to tell me what I want. I will be asking specifically for him in the future. He is one of a kind. I highly recommend all of you ask for him. If he is off on vacation or took the day off, wait for him to come back. You won't be disappointed.

These guys really know how to go a step beyond. Anytime I have a problem, they are helpful in taking care of it. We shop here almost daily.

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful at this Sam's Club. I enjoy the personal service and attention to detail that I received while shopping here during the holiday season. People were pleasant, helpful and downright nice!
