My car had to go in for a whole windshield replacement. Travis greeted us upon arrival and was very welcoming. He kept the mood light and was quick and efficient. We were kept up to date the whole time when we dropped off the car and called once complete.Thank you for your great service.

Would give them a minus -5 if I could. Horrible job and rude employees.

Wiles was my technician, Mr. Sellers, was the manager. Everyone down there is absolutely amazing, very professional, very courteous, clean, thorough. All around just made my day. I would say the few things that stuck out would be, kept me in the loop to what was going on, cleanliness, cared about my vehicle. If you need anything related to you vehicle in relationship for windows, you should definitely go here.

I am here visiting family for a couple days and I spent 6 hours sitting there waiting all day long for Garrett, the tech that never came, never called to notify me that I was waiting here for no reason. Very bad business that was highly recommended by my family who had just had a great experience with this company. You are very wrong to make me wait all day, all sorts of texts saying tech on the way, we even called the shop around 4 and they were on schedule. If you have nothing to do all day and need a company that does their job SOMETIMES, this is your choice. Thumbs down, no text, no call, nothing. Rats.

I thought I needed a power window regulator but was not sure and searched high and low to find a mechanic or someone who would replace that as it looked like a job I didn't want to do taking about the door, etc. I found out Safelite did this type of repair and booked an appt. Spoke with a person named Travis. He informed me what would be done and that they would verify the parts before the service time. As it turned out Travis and the entire staff at Safelite were outstanding to work with.As it turned out when they did the repair the regulator was fine and the issue with the power window was a loose bolt. My truck window is like new now an working great. The folks at Safelite were tremendous to work with. very professional and communicated during the entire process. It turned out my repair was perfect and due to the fact parts were not needed they minimally charged me for the service. This Safelite store in Butler won me over for any future glass repair needs due to their great customer service professionalism. Much appreciated and Thank You.

Would not fix my son’s windshield saying it wasn’t possible. The man was rude and very unprofessional. Took to another place and said they hear this all the time about them. And yet they are able to fix it. Then send an email to reimburse us and said we canceled and some fees and taxes may apply. Better hope there aren’t any fees since you refused to actually work and wanted to sit around and vape instead.

They handled the insurance company for me. The rear slider of my truck was what needed fixed. The installation is great. They even stayed a little past closing to finish up my vehicle so I'd have it back the same day. Nothing but good things to say.

A cautionary tale about my experience at SafeLite Butler, PA. Arrived at 8am to drop off my car with no issue. At 11am we received a text update that the replacement had begun. About 1pm I randomly decided to check the app when I noticed the car was in motion. Fully expecting them to take a test drive to check the cameras I didn’t think much of it. Until I noticed they were traveling at 111 mph… Yes you read that correctly 111 mph. I notified corporate and asked if testing customer vehicles at 100mph+ was standard operating procedure? They stated my concerns would be taken up with the local manager. By 3:30pm we received a call to tell us the replacement was completed and to offer apologies for what I reported to corporate. There was no explanation for the unprofessional conduct other than it was a “newer employee”. I can only venture to guess this probably happens more than most customers know. They just happen to get caught this time. The quality of the replacement was fine but proceed with caution if your auto insurance chooses SafeLite Butler for your glass replacement.

Wow, the above review is exactly what happened to my son and daughter in law just yesterday. They were told to drop the vehicle off at 10:00 and it would take up to three hours. We hadn't heard anything by 1:00 so we drove by and they had their truck sitting out front. So we thought it must be finished and just hadn't gotten a call yet. Just then the phone rings and they tell us it's not done due to needing a special molding. So, it took 3 hours to come up with that? We drove at least 30 miles with two vehicles so we could stay in the area to pick it up when completed. And we also had a two month old baby along with us. Such a waste of time and money! They have located somewhere else to get this done. Thank goodness! I would not recommend this place to anyone! I did not want to give even one star, but I could not post a comment otherwise. And to top it all off, if a special molding was needed, shouldn't they have know that in advance? When they knew exactly what make, year and model this vehicle is when scheduled.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. First off, they called me to confirm my appointment only to call me an hour later saying that our windshield wasn’t in yet and that we needed to reschedule to the following week (mind you this was all the day before our originally scheduled appointment). The next week rolls around, and my mother-in-law follows me and my two month old out to the safelite location to drop my truck off (a half hour early mind you), and since we live about 40 minutes away, we decided to just kill time in Butler until the truck was finished. Over three hours roll by and I finally get a call assuming the truck is done…nope! Right off the bat, the woman says she has bad news and explains to me that they didn’t have the proper molding to put on the new windshield. So, they had my truck for over three hours and did nothing to it, all the while not communicating with me whatsoever. When I arrived to pick up my key fob to head home, she explained that it would basically be a waiting game until they heard from Nissan because they made it seem like this was almost impossible because our truck is so new (2022 Nissan Frontier). I told them that at the rate of our service here, I don’t have a lot of confidence. She proceeded to tell me that the man they were waiting to hear back from “is a very busy man”. Well, I’m a teacher and a new mom, and I’m pretty busy too! We ended up taking our business elsewhere. We called a different business that day, and they were able to get the windshield in the next day and we had our vehicle back in tip-top shape in a matter of hours. Do better safelite! You’re not reliable and your communication skills are atrocious. We will not be back, and we will be recommending Indiana Auto Glass to our friends and family in the future.

The service was excellent, beginning from the scheduling staff to the installation of my replacement windshield, to the follow-up calls upon completion.
