Would give them zero stars possible. My mom needed a new script doctor called it in on Tuesday. Wednesday I call to see if it was filled they told my the could not fill the prescription until Friday because they did have enough medication. If I came in they could give me enough to get through until Friday. I went threw the drive threw on Wednesday they told me to come back in five minutes they would have it ready was not ready. Went back Friday evening and they told me they did not have a prescription for the medicine I needed. They did not have an answer for me when I asked how they were going to give me medicine on Wednesday but have no perception on Friday. Will not be returning to pharmacy again.

Well, the pharmacists and pharm. techs, alike, are very aggressive. The team doesn't seem to know how to treat patients or talk to people without being rude and dismissive. All around throughout my experiences at this pharmacy i have felt disrespected and degraded like i am less than, simply for being the patient and not on the other side of the counter.

The pharmacy never answers their phone. As in NEVER! I have over an hour invested in trying to get someone from the pharmacy on the phone to answer a simple question. It's like they are trying to run themselves out of business...

This place is terrible. The pharnacy people are sloppy. They never answer the phone and if they abswer then they disconnect you immediately. I am considering changing my pharmacy. Give them one more chance.

The doctor at med Express on new castle street had a prescription sent to the Rite aide pharmacy on 9/23/23. Since I was visiting from North Carolina and am a disabled Marine Veteran, I would have used the VA but they were closed. I went straight to the rite aide and drove to the pick up window , it was 10 minutes to closing. That's when the problem started. The short red headed lady came to the window and I told her my name and I was here to pick up my prescription. She meanly said we close in 5 min. And stormed away. About a minute later she returned and said the price meanly and when I gave her my credit card she said rudeIy , I have to use the registers up front because the register there was closed. Then she went to ring me up. When she returned , I apologized about coming so close to the Pharmacy closing. She again said rudely that the pharmacy hours were 10 to 6 then walked away. When I drove off it was 5:55 pm. 5 min before they closed. I will never go to this Rite aid again.

I have had one pharmacy tech that was nice (he was a younger gentleman) The others I’ve dealt with have all been so rude. Like it’s a bother to them that I’m calling.

Always rude5 days now my script be in tomorrow.Well tomorrow you can keep it.I will have transferred my pharmacy needs by then.Rite aid must be a horrible place to work as associates at this location hate their jobs and make it painfully obvious to the customer

Pharm techs are RUDE RUDE RUDE. (Except for the younger ones! They are much more compassionate) They messed up my Rx 3 times in one night. Only gave me partial prescriptions, but failed to tell me they did that. It's my fault not checking before I got home, but you feel so rushed to leave when you're in the drive-thru. Got home and called them about it, and they acted like I should have known this. They didn't have 3 of the prescriptions I asked for on hand, so they gave me partial. And I had to drive back there before they closed to get one of those partials. Anyhow, I go back to get the rest a couple of days later, and they failed to give me one of them AGAIN. I called back, and they told me they never filled a partial for me. I said "I'm holding a bottle in front of me that says that you did!" She says, "Oh yeah, on 3/15". Didn't you just tell me you didn't fill it? She goes to talk to pharmacist about it. She was passive aggressive and tells me the pharmacist will "probably" fill it for me. I said , "ok, and how will I know if he probably filled it?" She said, "Do get text messages about RX?" Yes, I do. She said you'll get a text then. I responded, so if I don't get a text, he probably didn't fill it? She said "he said he probably would." And hung up. Thanks a lot, Terry. You're so helpful. Almost immediately, I get a text it's filled. Yay! So the pharmacist said he'd fill it. She just didn't want to give me that satisfaction of knowing it. I called back to double-check that it was for the right amount of pills due to my multiple trips over there over the past few days. She says, "The pharmacist filled it. I don't know how many. He's a different person than me." Really??? Ok, Terry, I've had enough. I'm tired of you being rude. "I'm not being rude," she said, "I'm really busy." Me too, Terry. Me too. But this is your job and I am one of the customers. So.... I told her she was really helpful and hung up. So there, and please Jack the pharmacist, find a new place to work. You're better than that! I'll follow you anywhere.

The pharmacists have always been wonderful, along with the floor staff and front counter. The pharm techs (ladies) are rude and act like they are doing you a huge favor. The (maybe) 17 year old working there is nicer and more professional than these 2 older women. I have heard them be rude to older people who just need help understanding their prescriptions. Awful! We have switched to GE because of them.

Switched to giant eagle and couldn't be happier. Riteaid is slow, you can't get ahold of anyone, and the staff is rude. This place will be out of business if they dont change.

Husband has a drive thru covid test scheduled. We arrive to find the pictured sign on the window. It would have been to have been notified that the drive thru is closed. I would not recommend this location. We have nothing but problems here. Had to change to another location do to so many issues.unfortunately our new location does not have a drive thru but we get way better service there.Would not recommend this location.

Called 3 minutes multiple times before close and not one person in the pharmacy picks up the phone.Hire people with compassion.
