The pharmacists have always been wonderful, along with the floor staff and front counter. The pharm techs (ladies) are rude and act like they are doing you a huge favor. The (maybe) 17 year old working there is nicer and more professional than these 2 older women. I have heard them be rude to older people who just need help understanding their prescriptions. Awful! We have switched to GE because of them.

Switched to giant eagle and couldn't be happier. Riteaid is slow, you can't get ahold of anyone, and the staff is rude. This place will be out of business if they dont change.

Called 3 minutes multiple times before close and not one person in the pharmacy picks up the phone.Hire people with compassion.

Rude pharmacist. Said I couldnt use my good rx coupon. I took it to giant eagle pharmacy the next month n they used the good rx coupon so thanks for making me waste 150$ really appreciated!

I have been going here for over 10 years. Staff is extremely friendly and pharmacists are compassionate and knowledgeable. I would recommend this store without hesitation.

Pharmacy never answers the phone. A few of the older pharmacist there a extremely rude. I have been going here for quite a few years and decided to drive further to take my business to the other rite aid at point plaza recently.

What has happened to this store, I switched from Walgreens as staff there always caused issues . THIS STORE IS A DREADFUL. It’s been 3 days I have been trying to get medication filled. MEDICALLY Necessary medication! When you call you can’t get thru, go to drive-thru wait in line for 30-40 minutes at times and they never have the medication. They have told me they are behind, what’s that even mean? Or we have the script we don’t have the medication… WHAT, you had the script for 3 days, I’ve been waiting to see if it’s been filled and they haven’t even ordered the medication. So now a few more days with out “MEDICALLY NECESSARY” medication for a child!
Worst pharmacy I’ve dealt with…

Good luck trying to call the pharmacy to see if you're prescriptions are ready. Nobody answers the phones and the store associates just keep saying they're really busy. I used to work in a retail pharmacy and I know how hectic things can get, but ignoring phone calls was NEVER allowed.

I am extremely happy with the pharmacy! They go above and beyond for the patient. They are pleasant, helpful, and patient in a job that is most likely very stressful. Thank you for all you do!!

Incompetent at best. prescriptions are never ready in time. Dont waste your time scheduling a vaccine because you'll be turned away. Employees not wearing masks properly, under nose or chin. One employee obviously has recycled the same disposable mask forever you can see her nose has worn through! Ridiculous!

trying to get a script filled but apparently they are too busy w/covid shots to take care of other scripts for different illnesses. i think going forward i will use the medicare pharmacy that goes w/my insurance.
