Deil inspected my car and told me I needed new break pads. It didn't sound right to me so I took my car to Ram Auto and they told me my breaks are like new. Sorry Deil you got it wrong.

Very nice and helpful employees. The owner explained all the issues my car had, and the quote was resonable for the work done. No bill is fun to get, but they were very good at explaining what each thing on the bill was for, so I knew what I was being charged for. They also helped with a payment service they offer so I could afford the repairs. Highly recommend them. Very clean waiting area with lots of snacks and beverages for you as you wait.

I've been going to RAM for years! Rick has always been a great mechanic. About 2 weeks ago I was leaving work (this was on a Saturday) and my car acted like it was going to stall out. I called Rick and he came to my work and tried to figure out what was going on with it. He got a tow truck for me and had it towed to his garage and he took me home. He went above and beyond for me and I'm very grateful to have him as my mechanic.

A friend of mine had a motor swap done at this place on Lincoln . Unfortunately my friend didn't listen to my advise to junk the car and paid over 2000 for the swap. I work as a mechanic in wexford and I could not believe the motor that they had put in his car. The car had visible stinky blue smoke coming from the exhaust. Very significant amount of oil must have been going into the combustion chambers. They charged the 2500 or so for blown out motor. So I advised him to ask for his money back however they refused to give him the money back and put another motor in his car. When I examined the second motor it had noticeable exhaust leak. They must have dumped the second motor without checking the exhaust manifolds or installing new gaskets. The second motor they put burns a quarter of oil at around the 800 - 1000 mile range. Judging by the sound the motor makes they must have lied to him that it is low mileage motor it is probably over 200k mile motor. Unfortunately the entire repair procedure was done so slow from this shop that my friend could not even go to the bank and ask for transaction dispute. Additionally just glancing at the engine bay I found a lot of thing to be damaged and not correctly installed. Really shame.

I presume the business owner and his friends post most of the reviews here. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with RAM AUTOMOTIVE INC. The result was me wasting 2500$ on a car that blows exhaust fumes in the cabin, and a transmission that slams on every shift. I was recommended by Milan Motors to take my car to this shop due to a knocking crankshaft bearing.
