I stopped by here today to buy a new washer and dryer. Mr. McDonald took the time to help me find exactly what washer and dryer I wanted. He listened to all the washer features I wanted (and the features I didn’t care about having) and made good recommendations. Purchase was smooth and easy. He was able to schedule delivery and installation for me, which will be in 48 hours.A great experience!

I was needing a upright freezer within 4 days of getting a call that my whole cow was being processed and ready for pickup by Friday. I called many stores that sell appliances and no one could get me one delivered within the 4 days I needed it. But…. My fiancé gave me this company’s name to call, I called spoke to the owner Mr. McDonald he was very helpful, caring , friendly, and professional. He said let me check I’ll call you back he called me in 15 minutes had me a very big upright freezer and was very reasonable in price and delivered it Thursday to my house. I got an excellent price for this huge freezer. Thank you Mr. McDonald your the best.

I was in need of a refrigerator. I found several online that would work perfectly. I decided to purchase locally so if I had any problems I would have to jump through hoops for repair. boy was I wrong. my fridge is not even a year old and has completely stopped working, after growling for 2 days. I called immediately when it started growling and even though it is not even a year old, I was told to call the manufacturer. After a very long process of answering ridiculous questions, they sent me an email to self diagnose. that did not solve my problem. I called again and after arguing with someone telling them I didn't think the problem couldn't be solved over the phone, they connected me with repair. it is now a week and 2 days without a fridge or freezer, I'm waiting. very disappointed.

Nice selection of appliances but I wouldn't waste their salesman's precious time by shoping for them and spend your hard earned money here.Unless you like being treated poorly I would recommend you shop somewhere that appreciates your business.

Fantastic-- my freezer was having major issues. I definitely needed a replacement. Called the store, Bill was extremely helpful. Found one that I could have in a few days. Delivery today by awesome guys. Arrived on time-- removed old freezer. Set up new one. Removed all packing from inside freezer and leveled it. Thank You.

Bill needs to retire or be fired. He claims he does not get a commission and that shows. Should have walked out of the store during the buy because he did not act like we mattered (cocky and arrogant…no sales experience). We bought anyway because we try and support local businesses. To our mistake, we discovered the size of refrigerator was too tall because of the hinges. Called to cancel before they arrived for delivery. Spoke to Bill again and true to himself, argued our refrigerator was a “special order” when it is our CHOICE of a counter depth to keep a restocking fee. Clearly it is not a special order since every store around you can order it from. Never coming here again…I highly suggest a retire or fire for Bill.

I purchased a Fridgidaire French doors Refrigerator in July 2021 from RwMcDonalds. The refrigerator was delivered in August of 2021. I noted upon delivery that the right french door was damaged and had the delivery man take pictures of the damaged door. The 2 delivery men also damaged the door jam delivering the refrigerator. After several days I did not get a phone call from RW McDonalds, so my husband called them. They stated they were aware of the problems and would take care of the damaged French door and damaged door jam. To this day neither problem has been resolved. I just want to add that the salesman who sold me the refrigerator did come to our home several months after this happened and when he was checking the damaged door jam, caused more damage to the wood on the bottom plate. We have made several calls to RW McDonalds and have even spoken to **** (the salesman) and have asked to speak to the owner -***. When we call whoever we speak to tells us he is aware, but wont let us talk to the owner. I believe my husband and I have been more than patient, but it has been almost a year and neither issue has been resolved.

They suck! The salesman Bill is absolute a**hole to deal with. They claim to price match and he gave us a hard time about how great their financing was and the cheaper price from Home Depot equals out to their financing. When we had to cancel the order, he would not refund us our whole amount claiming there is a restocking fee, which they never informed us of this. The lady we spoke to before him told us no problem with the refund. Bill tried to claim that the counter depth refrigerator we ordered was a special order cause it wasn't readily available in the warehouse and that's why we had to pay the restocking fee. Even though there were 18 of the same fridge ordered prior to us receiving ours. Last time I checked, counter depth fridges were pretty standard now-a-days and the most appliance stores do not have thousands of appliances sitting around readily available to be distributed. Bill also insisted that I must have bought another refrigerator from somewhere else. The reason we had to cancel was because we were off on our measurements by a quarter inch and it would not have fit without us tearing out cabinets. Do not go there for anything and if you do, do not deal with Bill!!!

Great local furniture dealer. Lots of items to choose from and even with everything going on the wait time for items isn't to bad. Some items they have in stock and you can get right away.
