Do not ever get a loan from this bank. We took out a loan from them in 2016. My husband lost his job and we returned the car to them.They have been chasing us after they auctioned off the car for 7 years. Once my husband got back on his feet we already were getting hit with $6,000 bills! Apparently they had this in the work for some time now. Serving a different address with a completely incorrect person signing for the mail.We had absolutely no idea. They brought this to court and a judgment was finally made Without our knowledge. 2020 we received a letter saying that a judgement was made and now we owe 8,000! During covid ! I decide to call an offered half of that! They simply told me no, they wanted it all. They are horrible company and I'd rather be homeless, then to ever take a loan out from them again !Oh yes and try all your might to find us through my name ! You won't!!!
