Can't really address the quality of the car wash because I didn't discover it was broken until I had swiped my credit card. But I give their customer service 5 stars because they refunded my money quickly and without any hassle.

No hot water, took awhile for soap to start after the water, doesn't beep when you're time is low, even at highest pressure you have tohold the hose directly on the car.

Automatic wasn't open so I had to do it manually. I also have to agree about the signage for credit cards. It's nice to have that feature but need to be better explained to avoid surprises later. I did get the job done but at what expense? Wanted to drive through on that cold windy day.

Very disappointed. Two vacuums did not work and at my coins, then the car wash bay I chose to use had no better pressure than a garden hose, and charged my card $5 for about 30 seconds of wash. Will not be back, I suggest you do not waste your time and money.

Only giving one star at this point. Went through the automatic car wash, at the beginning of March that didn't work, went through the open ended bay to finish the job. My card only had $20 on it and somehow has a -$10 balance. Left an unanswered message. Would like to have the issue addressed so I can give them a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating.

Auto wash took our money and then said " wash is in use." So we got no car wash, but did get ripped off.

Best place for soaps. Gets a bit muddy from trucks but its good
