I am very thankful for Jeff’s quick and honest service. He got the fix done in a day, a tremendous turn around considering a piece of my suspension had completely snapped. I would recommend to anyone passing through or around Butler!

Always had great service over the past 2 years of taking my company car here that I bring my personal vehicle here for oil/tires/breaks. The manager Jeff has always done a solid job of making sure that the work is completed quickly and I've never worried that I could get it done cheaper somewhere else. Almost always an appointment the day after I call. Can't beat having a trustworthy location for service

Quick to schedule
Damaged both my wheels and denied it happening. The mechanic even stated that the machine damages big wheels.
Manager sits and watches movies and apologized fir the mechanic taking too long. Sad place. Do not use; go across the street
Was told they were calling the insurance company waited a week played phone games. Called corporate number and was told I would get a callback. Still waiting. Least they could do was reimburse the cost.
Work performed was just to mount two tires. 22 inch factory Rims that were just redone.

I had a tire blowout on my trailer at the start of a 6 hour trip back to NY. These gentlemen not only had the tire I needed, they were able to change it with the speed of a NASCAR pit crew.

great guys working here right now! they got me in quickly, got my vehicle all fixed up, and were very friendly and informative in the process. i will definitely be returning for future maintenance on my car.

AWESOME! Fair price, didn't try to upsell me something I didn't need, very personable staff, and got me in & out in less than an hour, despite there being only 2 people on staff. Will DEFINITELY recommend, and will DEFINITELY return!

Would N O T recommend monro. They need to pay their employees more and get them some help because this corp expects too much from them with bottom of the barrel benefits.
