“Hello! I want to share our experience at your Butler location. Our sales rep was Anthony. I actually called around at different locations to feel the vibe to determine what location we'll be visiting. Chris in Kittanning (our closest) was the WORSE. He talked over me, wasn't listening what we were interesting in, and he also said, I have to go, you'll have to come in, this place is just flooding with people! Anthony was the complete opposite. He genuinely wanted to help us out of the Straight Talk nightmare we been dealing with. He was extremely informative, trusting, professional, honest, and patient. I wish you had an Anthony at Kittanning! If I need assistance ? I will drive to Butler to see Anthony. As new customers, thank you for taking care of us from beginning to end! 10/10 We're excited about our new service ?”
“i bought a T-Mobile internet 5G internet router from addy i took it home and could not get it to work.took it back to the store they spent over an hour trying to get it to work with my older laptop.they had no success.they told me it was not the router the problem must be my laptop.at no time did they offer to return my money or make any other suggestions.when i asked for my money back they refused and said it was not their problem.i had armstrong wi-fi installed and i have no issues.i talked with someone from the main office and they stated it was up to addy to resolve the issue.his resolve was go ---- in your hat.........”
