Went to Lowes to buy a new stove due to a power outage fried my stove/oven. We had Chris from that department help us order and get the stove scheduled for delivery. Chris was a huge help. Lowes has a great selection of oven/stoves, and the warehouse, which most are stored at is close by, we have our delivery from the warehouse set for the next day. Great job Lowes.

Ordered an oven online to be delivered in 2 days. 5 days later they've had to reschedule my delivery twice because the delivery guys a)didnt want to drive down my street (its a normal street) and b) because they didnt want to push it on the dolley more than 15 feet. Absolutely the worst service I've ever had the misfortune of paying for. I still dont have my oven

I bought the Samsung oven cause I thought it locked the burner knows , as I have 2 great grandchildren to protect from turning on the burners. Found out it doesn't lock the knobs. It only locks the oven . So , I will have to buy covers for the knobs. I still like the product. Very nice.

The sales associate was very helpful, but I HATE trying to buy anything "online only product ". This company constantly offers items you can not get in store, if you order online it still doesn't arrive and they do not help customers between stores...and they get your money, the item never arrives, then it's an act of congress to get your money back!!! Going to cut up my Lowe's credit card and head on over to Home Depot! I have had this problem more than once.

My husband especially loves Lowes. Knowledgeable help, hardware lady went out of her way to help...I just got a shot in my knee. She got a place for me to sit, brought a cart. Patiently helped us pick the stain and things we needed. Great experience.

Employees seemed bothered and irritated I asked for help with some wood to be brought down to replace the cracked, molded and twisted ones that were left. Waited over 30 mins for employee to get a forklift to park it for another 10, make 1 of the three picks, and preceded to go on break in the middle of it.. without saying a word. Anyone thinking of getting wood Home Depot is next door and 84 lumbers down the road. This place could careless about helping their customers or having quality materials

Ordered 6 boxes of tile and led to a pure breakdown of communication fiasco.
Pretty poor customer service from floor supervisor Dave who has a problem with rolling eyes and yelling at customers.

Worst Lowes in the United States only one person that’s must work here.
Day 1 ordered 70 sheets of plywood took two and half hours to get them to bring it out to us.
As a business replacing a roof we lost the 1st day for work so we’re back out here on the second day.
Check receipt it’s only for 36 sheets been on hold for an hour and everyone that answers just puts you on hold indefinitely. I’ve called in 5 times and each person continues to transfer me around the store but there’s no on working so we stay on hold.
I explained my issue with the receipt they tell me there’s nothing they can do over the phone well as a business I’m 7 hours from the store they’re telling me to come in. After me getting nasty on the phone and rude they decided to do there job and email me the proper receipt.
I lost time money and trust in Lowe’s after this experience do not buy from Lowe’s they have gone away from showing customer support, accountability and have no processes or order. Employees are understaffed and have not been properly trained.
