Got lumber delivered from Lowe's. Not one single piece was straight. They all belly. Lowe's doesn't properly store thier building materials, so 99.9% of everything is warped. It's also overpriced considering the abysmal quality of goods. This used to be a decent place to get materials. It's become just another money hungry corporation that doesn't even try to put forth quality anymore. Trash.

Never purchasing from Lowes again, 100% due to the extended warranty, which is useless. This is directed towards the whole company, not the Butler store in particular, and their warranty. Assurant, the company they contract with now, actively runs customers (and the service providers they subcontract to) in circles. No confirmations on scheduled visits. No way to check status. I will be using local appliance stores going forward. 0 stars.

Ordered a Stove, Refrigerator, and Dish washer. Was delivered June 17 Refrigerator and Dish washer was installed same day with no issues. replaced gas stove with Electric so waited 10 days for Electrician to run 220 line. Plugged in stove to find it didn't work immediately contacted Lowe's who promptly told me that since it was past 48 hour since purchase( keep in mind it wasn't even delivered withing 48 hours) there was nothing they could do to help and the store manager Logan was to busy to even speak with me. absolute worst customer experience I've experienced and will never purchase from this store or any Lowe's again. If you're a consumer think twice before going to Lowe's if you want any type of customer service if there is an issue with purchase. Shameful.

I ordered 2 items online. Got a confirmation email. Waited ... didn't come. Found out that the order had been canceled. Ordered again, same thing, and 3rd time with a different card, same thing. Called customer service. That was a joke. "Gosh, it doesn't say why," Thing is, I never received an email saying that the order was canceled.

Tried this store again after a bad experience 2 years ago. Alex, the gentleman working at the register in the greenhouse area is an absolute gem. He is has perfect customer relation skills, is attentive and treated me like a person instead of simply ringing me out and giving a perfunctory thank you. I saw him interact with 2 other customers, and he also gave them individualized attention. If all employees were this dedicated and attentive Lowes wouldn't be able to handle the amount of business.

I've never had a problem at Lowes. I've been shopping there for about 10 years and in about every department. I'm happy to have this Lowes store so close to my home.

First off, I would have rated this transaction as "0" stars but the consumer is not given this option. This review describes the saga of purchasing an $1100 gas range. We purchased a Samsung 5 burner, convection, air fryer range on 9/12/21 with a promised delivery of 9/15/21. The range was delivered on 9/15/21, however, the delivery team damaged the range handle in addition to putting a hole in the wall behind the stove when hooking-up the gas line - another claim against Lowes that has not received any attention by the company. - INEXCUSABLE!!!!- The delivery was rescheduled for five successive days - never delivered!! I am now awaiting delivery on the 6th consecutive day. I have been hung up on twice during the calls to the delivery and several other times, the agent did not have the facts to answer my delivery related questions. DO NOT BUY HERE IF YOU NEED APPLIANCES PURCHASES DELIVERED!?!

Lowes delivered a gas range day before yesterday. It was badly damaged - looked like a fork lift ran into it. Box was punctured too. I have photos. Contacted the store where I bought it online (Lowes of Hermitage, PA). Sent them the pictures. When they finally got back to me, they said they could discount it 10%. I said cancel the order and take the range back or bring me one that is not damaged. They said they could cancel the order, but they can't send out a replacement unless I pay for it first. I reminded them that I had already paid for it. Then they said I need to contact Lowes of Butler, PA because that's where it shipped out of. I've been on the phone, mostly on hold, with Butler, for some time. Keep being put on hold than cut off. I call back again and again, nothing. Now it just goes to a busy signal. Lowes sucks. It's unbelievable how bad their service is. I will never buy anything at Lowes again. I had to wait 2 weeks for delivery, without a working kitchen stove, and now I have a damaged range that I can't use, sitting in my kitchen. And Lowes has my $500.00 and can't figure out how to rectify the problem. Buyer beware!

this store has absolutely no Professional communication skills at all. Ordered a fridge months ago! Was to be delivered 3 times as on now and yet still nothing. When I call its always the run around and excuse after excuse! They're are very rude! Canceled the order and requested a refund. Taking my business elsewhere! Also tried and order online and pick up at the store and it was the worst possible experience ever! I will never shop at a Lowes Store again!

Was sent an email that the refrigerator I purchased in June was STILL on back order. The refrigerator was supposed to have already been in store. I have been unable to take delivery due to construction issues and I'm in NYC working as a Covid RN that had been explained to Lowe's. I asked previously if they wanted me to just "return" everything and repurchase when I was able to actually get a contractor to do my remodel. Did mine actually get sold to someone else? I'm pretty sure that's what happened.. I have very unhappy with Lowe's in this entire experience. They claim they can do installations etc. I asked for bathroom installation/ remodel. They sent me a bath fitters type company who couldn't do anything I actually wanted/needed ( no plumbing, no electrical, no dry wall) and wanted to charge over $20000! When I told him to stop no way would I be spending that. He continued with his time share type presentation until I had to ask him to leave my home. The company continues to spam my inbox and cold call. Then they sent me flooring to do measurements. The guy kept me in my house for over an hour just to be told "can't do anything until the entire house has been remodeled" then they will come back out ( for an additional fee) and measure. What exactly was he measuring then for an hour. The best was my kitchen remodel. I was told my design would be done in a few days.. weeks and nothing and I had to do the chasing down to even get an idea. Again they sent someone out for estimate ( ANOTHER FEE) who could have said from the minute he walked in the door that he couldn't do the job. Some excuse about installing the counters. Oh and he didn't do plumbing or electrical and couldn't convert my gas range and no demo. What exactly WAS he going to do? I spent over $150 for professional measurers/ installers and not one of them could actually do the work.

Bought a fridge on April 24th it is now june 15th finally supposed to get delivered. But spoke to 2 different people 1 on Friday and 1 yesterday (sunday). Fridday she made a note stating delivery had to be there by 11 due to possible taking an hour to set up. Yesterday lady i spoke to said she saw it in the system that needed to be done by 11. Today they call to verify the time. 11-1:30. Keep in mind was originally scheduled to be delivered june 10th. Month and a half to get a fridge. I understand everything going on things are closed but when you verify with 2 different people on a delivery time and still cant get that right.

If I could give less than one star, I would! I ordered an entry door in October 2018, and it took until April 2019 to have this nightmare end! The associate ignored their own installer's measurements twice, I missed work twice expecting installation, girls at service desk lied to me about delivery dates, managers wouldn't help me, delivery men damaged my porch floor. I contacted Lowe's Corporate and finally got my issues resolved and received a small reimbursement. I'll never step foot in Butler Lowes store again!

WARNING!!!!! Do not get any flooring or tile installed by Lowe's Butler, Bought a new house, started working with Lowe's and Romano Flooring to do some installs and it was a total disaster, Greg the sub-contractor tile installer broke our $1800. stovetop insert, layed the tile like it was his first job, and when we approached Lowes they referred us to Romano Flooring, They said it's Lowes who will handle our claim, 2 months later nothing is fixed, I am just upset for too many reasons at this place we spent well over 10k so far at Lowes, and we had another 30k in our budget. But due to Lowes' inability to take ownership of issues caused by the subs below them we have a broken stovetop, and a horrible tile job, Lowes will never see another dime of our money, I should have realized that you get what you pay for. We have not received even a phonecall from the GM, they just refer everything off to a claims dept. to stall in hopes we give up, I have to look at this stuff everyday, we will never give up. This place is absolutely useless. Especially the butler store. I was in here on a Friday evening getting some things for my wood stove. I looked online to see if the butler store had what I needed in stock before I made the 45 minute drive. I arrived at Lowe's and went to shopping. Couldn't find ANYONE around. No department heads to be found anywhere. Also not to mention they did not have ONE item I needed for my wood burner. Very common and basic items. Nowhere to be found. I picked up another item I thought of while I was in there and went to check out. 11 cash registers and only 1 open. This type of stuff normally does not bother me to much but this is an EVERY DAY occurrence at the butler store. Nobody around to help you, nobody knows anything in the store, and rarely has items you need. I wouldn't shop Lowe's ever again if it weren't for the gift cards I have to Lowe's.
