“We just had a service technician come to our home to update our equipment. His name was Thomas P per the text message we received before his arrival. Well, we want to tell you about Tom.Tom is a gem! He is an extremely professional, polite, articulate, thorough, and kind representative of Armstrong. He efficiently changed over the euipment, patiently taught us how to use the remotes, left no trash, wore covers on his boots so he didn't track dirt/mud into the house (pouring rain outside), was so kind to my 90 year old mom, had a wonderful sense of humor, and our very protective dog loved him. They hired one of the best persons. We wish every single technician, tradesman, or worker we ever deal with, with any company, were like Tom. We can't say enough good things about him. Thank you for sending him to our home Armstrong!”

“I was with another internet provider from 12/2013 (when I first got internet) until 5/2023. Last year they sold my area to another company and it became a nightmare. As if less than 10 Mbps download speed (don't mention uploading anything!) was not bad enough, the service was off more than on after the transfer. Most of Dec. 2022 I had no internet and was never given credit for being without service either. Also customer service was the worst I have ever encountered.So, in May of this year I did some research online after receiving a discount offer in the mail from Armstrong. I called them to ask some questions and the sales person was very helpful and answered everything for me. I decided to go for a change and signed up to get Armstrong for my internet service. No cable TV or phone, just internet. It was installed in less than 2 weeks time and all the technicians that were at my home were knowledgeable and did a great job. The guy that came inside my home was very good at getting it set up and explaining things to me on how to get all my gadgets connected with the new service.I did not go with the fastest speed, but got a medium one of 300 Mbps. So far I am more than pleased with the service, the price, and the huge improvement on my internet speed! I waited this long to write the review to make sure it was going to work out and not have any problems. I am not a person that likes making changes in where or with whom I do business, but this was one of the best changes ever! And they made it all so easy for me. Thanks!”
