They are of no help or service to anyone whom doesn't live directly in Butler. Furthermore, they weren't able to explain the logic behind their "policy." At that point, their representative just became rude. I urge you to save your time and find a pharmacy whom holds patients, at a higher regard.

Absolutely love going here the staff is very friendly I didn’t feel discriminated or judge for the medication I’m on the staff was just very polite!!! Highly highly recommend this pharmacy!!!

Excellent Small town atmosphere and staff! All are very nice always pleasant and happy to help you any way they can! So happy I stepped away from the BIG pharmacies and went with a small one!

The woman pharmacists who works there is incredibly rude. Not the first time I have been treated based on the medication I receive from there. I have gone there for years for my medication and spent hundreds of dollars there. Will no longer.

This pharmacy is the best thing that's ever happened. We previously were with one of the chain pharmacies that I'm sure are good in their own way, but they couldn't even compare to institute hill in friendliness, courtesy, and down right helpfulness. I've only been there twice now and they know the meds my son needs AND they know our names. I hope I never have to leave this pharmacy.

This pharmacy is amazing! I'm not sure why someone would go anywhere else. Compared to the big pharmacies, they go way above and beyond. Butler is so lucky to have such a great place with caring people.
