The material that I purchased was substandard material and one item did not work at all. When I tried to return it, the woman behind the desk was very condescending and rude. If you would like to go somewhere with good materials and good customer service, go somewhere else. I will not be returning.

We had the Home Improvement Center replace all of our windows 2 years ago, and they did a great job! This year we had the crew completely redo our 28 year-old deck. This involved removing all of the existing planks, railing, lattice and stairs. Kirby, Mike and Ryan did an excellent job! They really take pride in their work! Colt in the office also did a great job in helping us select the materials, providing quotes and getting everything set up for a flawless job! I highly recommend the team at the Home Improvement Center!

We recently had renovations done by Home Improvement Center and received excellent service from Colt during the process of picking out everything. The installation took over 6 months to get started but well worth the wait. Kirby, Ryan and Mike who did the installation were excellent. This was not a small renovation, we had windows, all floors (carpet and LVT), bathroom and kitchen cabinets added. So happy to have worked with this business.

Home Improvement Center did an excellent job with our bath remodel. Nicole was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable with product selection and ordering. Kirby and his crew were top of the line professionals. Absolutely gorgeous tile work!

The woman behind the desk was extremely rude when i was trying to explain why the windows we had would not work and the problems we would have ran into after installation. She continued to act as if i was unintelligent and have not been framing houses running into problems down the road from doing things like these. she made it VERY clear they were non refundable although we were planning to buy new ones, personally i will never buy a single thing from them ever again.

I believe in supporting local business but not this one. Doing a bathroom renovation--initially met with Colt and when picking out tile the only thing he would say was "It looks great to me. It won't be in my house and I don't have to look at it.." So I moved on to Nicole which was good only for the first meeting to pick out tile. I wasn't able to get back to the store for three weeks after my Mum got sick and was in the hospital when I returned to finish picking out material she was VERY angry and yelling that I hadn't been back for weeks. It wasn't until after I was notified things were in when I learned there was a $200 delivery fee and they would deliver it "when we get to it." I called a week later to check on the status, Nicole answered and started screaming at me for calling in! And she lied to the manager telling him I was refusing to pay the remaining balance on my order! Why would I do that?!? I had to hang up. After the bathroom was gutted, I have to go with a smaller vanity due to the air conditioning duct work going right through the room. They do not accept any returns.

The employees are what make this store worth checking out. They have a good selection in store and can get about anything you need for your home reno project. If you go on a Saturday, ask for Cole. He was very knowledgeable and willing to spend time with me reviewing options for a small bathroom upgrade. The only thing that turned me off was how the lady on the phone handled my question when I asked if they offer a cash discount.
