RIDICULOUS!!! Ordered our kitchen cabinets online for curbside pickup and took an hour for them to bring them out. Many other customers came and went after us with their orders, yet we still sit here! NOT HAPPY! This is why we are Lowe’s fans. This is nuts!!! Such a mess! No where to park.

We purchased a stove for my mother and they failed to install for an lp gas home. The installers obviously didn't test as the flames were 4 inches high off the top of the stove dangerous for a 73 old lady. Very dissatisfied ! Vote Lowe's !

Ordered appliances at the Butler store. Waited 2 weeks for delivery and installation. When delivery driver arrived my installation instructions were a mess. They had them taking my microwave instead of my stove. Driver told me I had to remove my old microwave and move my own refrigerator. He said the only way they move appliances is if they haul them away. He took an attitude and said we would have to reschedule. Wasn't even there 10 minutes. I even offered them mone

Today I went in to pick up a few things and wanted to use a store credit we were given on an item that we returned back in November WITH a receipt. I had about $56 in my cart and the credit was for $25 and change. I was informed I couldn't use it because it had to be my husband? Are you kidding me? I have been in retail for over 25 years and that is the dumbest policy I have ever heard of. I walked out and we will not be back. We will be shopping at your competition across the parking lot.

I hated this experience I went in to buy an orchid and it broke during the check out and the lady just watched it happen and said "oh well" down right disrespectful I love plants and it ruined my love for it at the time never going there again!!!!

Had a great experience in the store tonight. Mike (from lawn and garden)went well above and beyond in resolving our appliance issue with Samsung. Connie in appliances made our replacement purchase quick and simple. She was very knowledgeable regarding the products they carry. And last but not least Donna the store manager that kept checking in to assure the issue got resolved.

I was having a hard time with an online order that was messed up and two managers from home Depot in Butler went above and beyond to help me fix the problem and make sure I got everything right and matched all prices and promotions.
