“We had the Home Improvement Center replace all of our windows 2 years ago, and they did a great job! This year we had the crew completely redo our 28 year-old deck. This involved removing all of the existing planks, railing, lattice and stairs. Kirby, Mike and Ryan did an excellent job! They really take pride in their work! Colt in the office also did a great job in helping us select the materials, providing quotes and getting everything set up for a flawless job! I highly recommend the team at the Home Improvement Center!”
“The associates at the Butler store and many others in the Pittsburgh area work their asses off to help solve people's problems period. There are over +250k products in any given store that range in size, weight, height, etc. Keeping them in stock (so you can buy them) is no easy task either. Everyone should work in retail to see how much work goes into running an operation like this. The seasonally alone is impressive, and they have the best brands compared to any of their competitors. This store should be your first stop every time. Nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes. #howdoersgetmoredone”
“Went to Lowes to buy a new stove due to a power outage fried my stove/oven. We had Chris from that department help us order and get the stove scheduled for delivery. Chris was a huge help. Lowes has a great selection of oven/stoves, and the warehouse, which most are stored at is close by, we have our delivery from the warehouse set for the next day. Great job Lowes.”

“Picked up a new grill from them. Easy to pickup and they helped load it into the truck. They offer free delivery but, wasn’t needed. If you’re looking for a Webber grill stop by, they have a nice selection to choose from.”
