Dropped off a bunch of clothes. Had them in trash bags. A nice young man helped me unload. All signs were well placed and understood. No problems at all. Thank you.

This location doesn't accept $100 bills. They nit pick donated items and yell at people for items dropped off by other individuals in front of them. They will not correct a mispriced item ($18 over priced) double check your receipt before you walk out the door, even in a case where you have an medical emergency to run home to. Probably the worse policy goodwill in the Pittsburgh area. I'll never be back.

Lots of nice cloths. This area is a little more wealthy so quality donations seem better. Prices are typically same as other stores. Clean location. People are friendly

I've never had anything but positive experiences inside the store, which is why they don't get 1 star. Just about every time we stop there to donate we are met with the rudest workers at the donation door. I don't know their names, but there is an older lady and an older tall thin gentleman. They could not be ruder people. The gentleman was there last night and that encounter was my last straw. I will not be back to this location. My donations and my front of house business will be going to the Cranberry location from now on. It's a 40 minute drive for us, but I will not be treated this way again by the Butler staff.

I haven't donated here yet, but the place is always a wreck, with opened toiletries being sold for $2-$4 a piece (you could get the same thing brand new at Walmart for cheaper!) Seems like they are gouging people, but every now and again you can find a gem. It's also a little off-putting that the cashiers still won't bag or offer to bag your items for you due to covid... I understand everyone has different comfort levels but it feels like an excuse at this point.

Rude staff no signs about donation area saying it one way. Only one way sign was at entrance to parking lot on the side I came in. Had two people come tell me back to back I was turned the wrong way. I'm donating to you and you are rude and on top of it they want you to sort everything into bins doing their job! Not donating here again.

I've always enjoyed this place's selection, but the pricing on "Special Finds" is getting out of control... $25 for a faded shirt? Even if it's a band shirt, it's not verified to be authentic merchandise and it's not even in good condition. Not cool considering it was handed in for free.
The man working the register was unpleasant and strange. "Strange" is fine for me, but the level of rudeness he displayed was unacceptable and changed my opinion of the place very quickly. I don't think I'll be buying anything if he's the only one working the register during my next visit.
However, the employee with the long reddish hair is lovely and super helpful! I've seen her in many times and has always made visits worthwhile and was kind. Kudos to you!
My last note is that there's no defined men's t-shirt section. Everything is mixed into women's, and there's hardly any chance of finding even just a plain slogan tee in the men's section. You'd have to search the women's section.
The clothing organization isn't great, but it's not the worst I've seen. It can definitely be better.
