Ordered vinyl flooring on their website in early September. Skip ahead a little and now it's October 6th. I've reordered it 3 times and it's came in damaged all three times. I just have to say why advertise a product when in the long run customers can't get the promised product. Poor effort in the departments could be the problem.

Updated to say that home depot replaced the carpet (for the 3rd? time) but we had to pay more for higher quality carpet since the one we originally picked turned out to be garbage. Not happy with how this was all handled but happy to at least have the carpet reinstalled.

The associates at the Butler store and many others in the Pittsburgh area work their asses off to help solve people's problems period. There are over +250k products in any given store that range in size, weight, height, etc. Keeping them in stock (so you can buy them) is no easy task either. Everyone should work in retail to see how much work goes into running an operation like this. The seasonally alone is impressive, and they have the best brands compared to any of their competitors. This store should be your first stop every time. Nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes. #howdoersgetmoredone

I highly recommend not purchasing appliances from Home Depot in Butler!! 12/15/21 We bought a new refrigerator. 2/8/22 Delivery was rescheduled. 3/3/22 2nd delivery date. I received a message delivery would be from 1-5 pm. I received a PC from delivery driver at 3 pm telling me he would be here in 10 minutes to pick up our dishwasher. I explained we are waiting on a refrigerator not getting a dishwasher serviced. Driver didn’t have a refrigerator on his truck. I spoke to 6 different people at Home Depot and no one had a clue. I was told I would receive a PC in the morning. 3/4/22 Home Depot called to say somehow our order got canceled and the only thing they could do was reorder it again ?. I said absolutely not and I just want our money refunded. I was told they couldn’t refund our money unless we drove over to Home Depot in person. 3/5/22 Another wasted day and gas money for Mike to drive over to get our money back ?

worst contracted carpet layers like who covers a vent hole then trying to get someone out to fix it and when they do come out they don't give a person enough time to get dressed to answer the door. this is all happening to my niece who has a high risk pregnancy due in eight weeks and it's the baby's room. she cant even get the room ready and this is causing stress on her. hell no I would not recommend home depot for carpet. you seriously need to get rid of those contractor. I truely hope this gets resolved and made right for her. just one more thing she does not need !

Went and bought washer, dryer, and new fridge during Black Friday event. Connie was wonderful. Delivery was scheduled for 12/12. So I skipped a meeting and daughters practice to make sure I was home. 830 pm still no new appliances. Called and spoke to a manager who was going to check on it. No return call! I called delivery company and was told " I don't know why it didn't get delivered! - Not sure when it is coming. ". So no call from delivery company or a return call from manger to tell me. So at 10:00 pm I am pulling all the coolers back into the house and reloading the fridge and freezer. Called manager today in the AM and was told sorry and that the delivery company people must have run out of hours. WTH? I told her that I wanted to cancel my order and the only thing she could say was that I am going to spend more now!!!!! No Blaxk Friday Deals for me!?!?!? HD - you are out $2700 plus a customer.

This store is completely horrible! I went into purchase a grill this evening at 6:30pm. Finally found someone to help and she was complaining right away about the store and things that had gone wrong. She located grill on top shelf and told me that she had to get someone to help with getting it down, 5 minutes later here comes mutt and Jeff, these two losers look up and say well we can't get that down we do not have a machine available and then proceed to walk away. The sals lady then says to me " I'm sorry sir looks like your not getting your grill today. Then proceeded to complain about being the only one in department. The customer service sucks here!!!!! Are you friggin kidding me that you let me walk out of store when I wanted to buy this item, I am so angry that this could happen and no one even cared. FTP!!

Home Depot's subcontractors American Carpet installed three rooms of carpet and scrape the paint off of two rooms of trim and off the walls in the third room. The store manager Vic and his assistant manager Debra reiterated the corporate line that they stand behind their contractors. They didn't even want to see the pictures.
