I’ve felt with them for a long time and they are always nice and patient. Usually it’s the clients who make the job harder for the clerks and other people. If you worked at a bank you’d understand.

Lots of negative reviews here, but I've been very happy with FNB in Butler. Everyone is very nice. Sometimes there is a line at the drive thru and it takes a bit longer than usual, but I can't remember ever waiting long enough to become impatient.

Worst bank ever!!! Waited 15 minutes in the drive threw before they even came and got my deposit.

Be a great bank if you could actually get to the atm or night drop aafter closing it becomes a parking garage for the restaurant next door. Not a place for safety after dark when you have to walk your night deposit up and thats only if you can find some where to park to do it. Good luck after banking hours here

So nice of them to only work with one party in a divorce on an account jointly owned(car loan) and literally hang up on the other party while they are asking questions because the first party scheduled and appointment he cannot make it to for health and safety reasons. He has every right to his accoubt information legally.

EXTREMELY slow people working here. It’s actually embarrassing to the branch. Takes about 15-25 mins every time I am there.

Well. If you want to sit in line and watch your interest grow in your account before you get seen. This is the bank for you. If you want to watch the guys facial hair grow right before your very eyes, this is the bank for you. How he still has a job is beyond me. 20 min in a drive thru is incredible, although you visit this bank enough times during the week you can still binge watch your favorite shows in the comfort of your automobile.

Hands down worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Having one teller working during busy times is completely ridiculous. I’m just trying to make a car payment. Shouldn’t take over a half an hour to be waited on to do so. Can’t imagine actually banking here.

Slow. Lets people sit in the Drive-Thru and helps all the people inside first. Ridiculous. 10+ minutes and I was the only one in the Drive-Thru.

Ridiculous wait times, I waited in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes got fed up and went inside. I then waited another 4 minutes inside the bank with four people in front of me before I left. All I want to do is make a deposit I never had this long of a wait at the prospect branch. I will be closing my accounts once I can actually get service.
