They lost my package,after tracking it the Internet says it is at the zeleonople warehouse,after much frustration dealing with their automated system. It's been 4 months and when I contacted them they still say it's lost at their warehouse! Detroit axile was decent enough to still give me a refund but FedEx never delivered it to them

Never knew a FedEx drop off site was in Butler's Walgreens. Very convenient!

Don't waste your time if its over 4FT long. You'll haft to drive an hour away to drop it off at the shipping facility. Silly rule. Not as silly as the employee suggesting I leave it at a drop box site outside on the side of the street.

You must have a printed shipping label already, so it's not really a service center it's a dropoff. Plenty of unused office computers in site in the office, yet they refused to print a label if I bought it on my phone. I had to drive home and come back. Hard to believe that's the behavior of a for profit company.
