I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Chad Westfall and the team at Diehl Ford of Massillon I never thought I would be able to get such a nice car that stayed within my budget and Chad helped make those dreams come true! I had a few hiccups and he was so patient with me and went above my expectations to help me out!! He was very kind and welcoming right from the start! This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I have a RELIABLE car better than anything I imagined! From the bottom of my heart, I thank you so so much!!

I purchased a NEW, VW Tiguan from Diehl 6 months ago, and still do not have the title to my vehicle. The paperwork was sent to the State twice with incorrect documents, and returned to the dealership. No one let me know. They kept telling me that the State is slow, and behind in title distribution etc.. I continued to call, and check the mail. Most recently, I was told that the Diehl messenger service LOST my documents . Again, no one let me know. You be the judge of the lack of their competency.

Finally decided to trade in my truck for a new Tundra. So we went to go see Mike Tillery. He kept us up to date every step of the way.After seeing how rare the Platinum series was out there, Mike tried to get one from another dealer, but unfortunately the other dealer did not want to go ahead with the trade.So Mike was on a mission to try and get one as soon as possible. He found one that was not claimed in the build phase, so we were able to shorten the process by quite a few weeks.Finally, the day came and he made the phone call as soon as he could see it coming off the hauler. We came in, and Mike already had the paperwork going so it was an easy process. After finishing the paperwork, Mike did the impossible and showed us every feature he could that the truck had in under 30 minutes.Anytime we come to Diehl, Mike is our man. He is a rarity among car salesman in this world today.Jesus, is the man nowadays after Mike is no longer with Diehl. Get in now, Jesus tells it straight. One of the nicest, genuine people I've ever met. He knows his stuff, I will always buy with Diehl, as long as Jesus can be my salesman.

My 2019 Dodge Caravan needed a new transmission at 80,000 miles. I did not purchase my van at Diehl but after the excellent service I received, I will only purchase future vehicles from Diehl. Russ in the service department was exceptional. He contacted me daily to give updates, he handled the warranty company, answered all of my questions and really gave me peace of mind throughout the entire process. I would recommend this shop to anyone as my van has never run better. Everything they quoted from price to time frame was spot on. Thank you all so much! And thank you Russ!

The sales department was great. The service not much. The second service appointment for 2023 Highlander, and they forgot to put the oil cap back on. I understand accidents happen, put these are supposed to be professionals. We live 30 to 45 minutes away, oil sprayed every under the hood. They did come out and try to clean it up and replace the oil. I tried to speak the service manager, he was in a meeting. It looks like he did try to return my call, but left no message, I tried to call the service department back and no one would answer the phone. We bought a brand new car and it smells like oil, my husband and I both get a headache from the smell. VERY unhappy with the service department.

Very helpful, nice people that work here.. especially the Ladies at the front, I met a very nice lady that was working there and we had a wonderful talk and she was so very helpful!! I think her name was Cindy, or maybe it was Nancy, I never have been good at names but anyway this beautiful lady just made my day by being so kind to me on a very bad day! Thank you Cindy! ???

How do I give no stars? These people are the worst! I have tried 3xs to get a car from them. They have no idea how to assist a cash customer! They do not even know how their vehicles operate. They HATE women customers! And it's not only Butler dealer,I was at Hermitage dealership and they are clueless also!

Dealt w/ Josh Philips on acquiring a New Toyota for my wife. Although he wasn't specifically a Toyota salesman he handled every aspect w/ ease.We ended by closing in finance w/ Greg Blymiller and explained everything thoroughly.Thanks again fellas?
