Jessica is absolutely amazing! The customer service was top notch as well as the work done. I can’t say enough about their service. Highly, highly recommend. It’s a far drive for me but well worth it and way better than the collision centers closer to me. The whole process took 9 months and I have zero complaints. A++++++

Same old script. Give a small estimate and a short turn around. Then keep increasing the estimate and the turnaround date. Geico asks you to go to this shop which milks the insurance money. Would never advocate them to anyone.

Pathetic communication and workmanship. They took close to couple and half months to program a right headlight and change the fenders and bumper brackets. Where is had to pay 800 bucks for a rental car. After having the car for a mere 10 days the bumper started coming out. i immediately took it to the Diehl closest to me and they towed it back to the butler branch where it was repaired. This information was obtained after i spent lot of time calling them and coordinating with them. Again this time they had my car for couple of weeks only to tell me that it had been involved in another incident which is why the brand new bumper bracket broke. I hardly drove the car and garaged it so there was no way it was involved in any accident. They sent me a pictures of few/light scuffs saying the impact down there completely tore the brand new bumper brackets installed by them at the top. When i got the car towed back to robinson branch back, the people laughed looking at the reason they gave me. As there was no paint loss, a scratch or scrape even at the bottom of the bumper. Attaching the pictures for reference. Please avoid them, to save time and energy. happy to send videos to anybody who want to have a good laugh at their rip off and insane foolish justification!!

Cathy and Ray are great. But collision manager Dominic and Darlene could use an attitude and work ethic adjustment. Called me to pick my 2023 VW Taos up while Cathy was on vacation and I left work early to make the 1hr15min drive to pick my car up, to get there and find my "new" bumper scratched up and aftermarket piece, rough paint job inside the door, white residue on my seats , running down the side of the seats, on black seatbelts, and a gouge out of my plastic in the hatchback area. When I went back inside to tell Darlene, she said it couldn't be overspray, before she even looked at it. Instead of setting me up with another rental, sent me home in their piece of crap older 2019 Mitsubishi, console falling apart, that wouldn't work with my GPS to get me home. Told me she'd call me on Monday. She never called. When I called and talked to the manager, Dominic, later Monday, he played the poor work off as just "human-error". I believe in human error, but this wasn't just one thing, this was poor work all around, and someone was lazy and didn't do a walk around before calling me to pick it up. I had to leave work early and drive an extra 1hr15min trip to pick it up a 2nd time. The work was ok 2nd time around. On Wednesday, the day before I picked up my car, for the 2nd time, they sent me a text saying I picked up my car already, I had left a message with Dominic on Monday telling him I couldn't leave work early again until Thursday. Not Wednesday, so they knew on Monday I wouldn't be in until Thursday. Thank god my car was still there when I got there Thursday. I only picked them cause my local collision repair shop doesn't accept Geico insurance and had to pick from Geico's list of approved shops, as the person who hit me used Geico. After this experience, I let Geico know about the kind of work their "approved" collision shop actually does. I will not be recommending this shop to anyone.

Recently, I had my Jeep repainted. I worked with Jessica for scheduling and updates. She was fantastic. Great customer service. Very friendly. She kept me updated on the whole process. The paint job was great. It looks like a brand new Jeep.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This place is an absolute disaster. The employees are unprofessional and apparently cant handle what they are getting paid for.. Do as you wish but i would highly suggest going somewhere else. I have had history with this dealership as far as service and purchasing vehicles and it has come down to honestly just going elsewhere. It is not worth the hassle having to associate with people that are absolute clowns. Diehl Collision Sucks!
