To be honest, I usually avoid DSG based on past experiences in their stores. I did go in today looking for 2 specific items and was impressed with both associates that i encountered. They were more than honest and truly cared that I get the right items, even if it meant not getting them at DSG. Will I be returning to DSG? After this experience, YES!

I’ve never received such good service in my life ! There was a group of 6 of us ALL buying kayaks with 30 minutes until till close, I immediately was asked if I needed help , I was using affirm and had a question not only did he try his best he then called his coworker and asked for help. Answered every question I asked, and gave a whole bunch of tips. I’ve seriously never been so thankful , i appreciate all the staff there tonight especially rich and Carter ! Rich then helped us measure the correct paddle. I highly recommend this store !!!!!

You can’t even shop here. You try look at fishing stuff and every two seconds an employee is asking you if you need help like you’re stealing something. I make way more than any employee here and don’t need to steal a thing.

Be careful if you order online for store pickup. They say they will txt, call, or email you when your order is ready. But they dont. Its best to just go in and stand at the register so they cant forget you. Also they do a poor job assembling things. Some nuts are very loose and others are so tight i cant get them loose, others are already stripped. I would have been better off just picking up the box and building it myself. Dont trust minimum wage emplyees to care about your hundreds of dollars purchase the way you would... or at all.

My experience was not present in this store. I went in there with my Father for Christmas shopping and two workers were following us and were acting like we didn’t know. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I walked out and had my dad fishing Christmas shopping.

This store/manager was extremely pleasant, kind, helpful and prepared when I scheduled a time to meet with him in regards to helping out the local school district. He went above and beyond to help our PTO apply for a grant and was also willing to give of his time and service to help some of our staff purchase Christmas gifts for students in need. Kevin provided an excellent experience and we are grateful for his dedication and willingness to help the community reach their goals.

Had to look far and wide to find a salesperson for information. Did not have the golf clubs we wanted to look at. Sad that so few people are willing to fill these positions.

When you're looking for tennis shoes? Looked around for 10 minutes open some boxes people in the other hour that worked there looked at me and never came over and asked me if I needed any. Help so I went home and ordered I'm on Amazon.

I went in looking for a pair of running shoes. I have wide feet, so my choices were a bit limited. The store associate wasn't able to find the shoe I wanted in my size, but she did find a reasonable alternative that checked all the boxes I asked for.Though it cost a little more than the pair I had in mind, I am very satisfied with my experience.
