The store representives are abundant and it's very easy to locate an associate if any assistance is needed. Every interaction I have with an associate has always been wonderful. If you are looking for a purse you should be able to find one there; it’s like a sea of purses. They also have a great shoe department. Other than food, they have it all! “I had a return to make on Wednesday February 7th, which went very smoothly and decided to take a look at some items. There was an item which I wanted to purchase but I didn't have my charge card with me and was having trouble accessing the app. Joyce and Jacob went out of their way to help me get access to my account and use it to make my purchase. My shopping experience was great thanks to friendly and caring associates.”

“Tractor Supply's pet washing station is a fantastic addition to the store. I recently took my 1 1/2-year-old husky there for a bath, which cost only $10. The station provided everything we needed for a thorough wash, including waterproof aprons, bath soap, a deep pet sink, and a dryer. Our experience was fantastic, and we were delighted to learn about their offer - buy 3 baths and get the 4th bath free.”

“The selection isn't as diverse as it used to be. Perhaps not as much different stuff coming in, but there were a LOT of duplicates. I always loved shopping here because of the many different styles and looks to choose from. Prices were ok.”
“Review update because now I'm pissed the store management is great but I'd highly recommend a new security lead I worked there for a few months and SHE 100% had it out for me for absolutely no reason I took two days off for my dog dying and I had to verbally explain what day it was and it was taken away which I was thankful for but was immediately told I was skating on thin ice and not to let it happen again and gave me a second shot I just stopped showing up after that shift because that was 100% the wrong way to talk to an employee and before any of that I walked up to ask a question about my schedule and she just out right was like it's because of your attendance that you are done after today and that's when I had to explain the death of my dog to get a second chance hell no I didn't want your second chance you shouldn't even be working there I should drop her name actually I will because I've been hearing rumors about me from friends who don't even work there and MICHELLE should be fired! again great management but horrible security lead SHE needs to go! STORE GETS 5 STAR AND MANAGEMENT!”

“After several repairmen coming here to fix my washer, finally Bob came yesterday and knew exactly what to do. He even stayed while I did a quick wash to make sure the washer was working properly. Severly repairmen did something on my washer that didn't work, more parts were ordered and came in but on the day that part was to be put in, no one came. I called the repairman and he left a message that he was NOT scheduled to come. And then got an email saying it was rescheduled, but after opening the email and click on the site, it said it was CANCELED. Had to put in a new claim in order for Bob to come, which he installed the new part and knew exactly what he was doing. Advice to Assurant and A&E needs to revise their software because there is a lot of things wrong with it. Never had a problem with service when Platinum came here to repair my major appliances. This repair service started on June 18 and finally was corrected on July 19. That is not acceptable at all. But thanks to Bob everything is working fine now. 5 STARS TO BOB zero stars on Assurant and the lack of service.”
