The associates at the Butler store were very rude. I got to the pharmacy @ 1:10 pm. There was a problem with my co-pay card. I was told I would have to come back later because they were going to lunch in 5 minutes and it would take longer to fix my problem.

I do feel that CVS pharmacy does attempt to accommodate most customers but I do sense that they are eager to sell ANY type of medication no matter what. The reason I state this is: When I am at the pharmacy, they just take a phone number and a DOB and do not check identity. That, to me, is essential to make sure that customers are who they say they are It just appears that CVS does not care at all. Even when they had customers sign a name without the use of a pencil. It was sometime ILLEGIBLE and they did not seem to care if your signature was legible or not.

On hold for 1/2 hr and never did get thru. Next day got thru by phone and was told that two scripts would be ready in one hour. 1.5 hrs later a friend stopped to get them for me - not ready. Asked to wait another 15 min. she gave him 25 minutes - still not done. Stopped back in a few minutes, got ONE script and was told he forgot the other one - can she wait another "few minutes" for the second one?! A big Sharpie sign on the window stated "PLEASE BE PATIENT - WE ARE TWO DAYS BEHIND SCHEDULE" ?!?1 Disorganized - found out two of my scripts had run out and they didn't bother to call them in to the Dr. so faxed the Dr ofc on Sunday (they're closed) so now I get to go thru this again in a few days for the other two scripts. This is not a pharmacy I chose; my insurance forces me to use them or pay 100% out of pocket! I'm thinking THAT is why they have customers... October 2021

Used this pharmacy for a decade at least, never again. The staff completely changed. Scripts in the last two months are always late by 7+ days. Somehow my autofill ended up getting mangled. I'd rather self-flagellate than try communicating autofill issues to these people with any hope of resolution. Going in personally to get my scripts sooner just leads to waiting an hour for scripts I expected last week.

Just moved to the area and so far have had nothing but good interactions with this CVS pharmacy both on the phone and in person. Everyone has been helpful with transferring my prescriptions.

I have been very patient with the CVS pharmacy at Target at Butler Commons for several months now. However, enough is enough. I have attempted to pick up prescriptions for my elderly parents & there has not been 1 that was ready when I arrived. There is always a reason & it’s just not acceptable. I truly hope they get their staffing fixed & can again be a reliable pharmacy.

The dramatic immediate decline in staffing, performance & quality of service with the change of pharmacist is unlike anything I have witnessed in a business. Phones unanswered, scripts ordered days in advanced unfilled, told if you want scripts filled you must come in to wait as they won't be filled with any urgency unless you are present. Remaining staff obviously overwhelmed & subject to exceptional poor leadership that is no fault of their own, remain pleasant and professional.

Great Pharmacy in Target. Got my flu shots there. Only wish they had a drive-thru
