A year ago the shelter had only taken me in for a weekend, let me stay with them until I could get into the YWCA, they welcomed me and made me feel safe. They are probably one of the cleanest facilities I’ve seen out there along with the YWCA, they gave me clothes, offered food that I declined. I was really depressed and not in a good spot but I can only say good things about this place. I recommend them highly!

I am the Facility Director at ABC Associates in Beaver Falls, and was looking for assistance for an individual relocating to Butler. I spoke with Gretchen today and she was amazing. She provided me with a list of resources, and options for this individual. She was kind and very knowledgeable.

I lost my place due to the incompetence of the caseworker, supposedly was out for a month"covid" kept giving me the run around kept adding things that needed filled out by my landlord or pages that were " incorrectly " filled out. The entire month the caseworker was out none of the other caseworkers knew anything about my case and told me had to wait til she got back.

I Called CCR because I was looking for a phone number that I could not find, the receptionist was very courteous and helpful and was able to transfer my call to the place I was looking for actually.

They have many folks there that are willing and able to help you with a plethora of different needs. If they can't help you there, they will point you in the right direction.

My interaction with the staff at CRC is limited, but the Peer Support Specialist program is a joke. They are extremely unprofessional, unsolicited medical advice of any kind should not be given. Peer Support Specialists should not be making any suggestions to clients on any medical advice.
