We had a tow receiver hitch, brake controler, and a 7 point trailer plug installed on my wife's Toyota Highlander. Everything went smoothly and looks perfect. I've used Butler Service Center for my truck and for our camper and we've always been totally satisfied with the work and their personal service. I will use them again.

I was very pleased with the inspection and the way the service department worked with me to get some hinges replaced under the extended warranty. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer!! May they all have a very Merry Christmas!!

Got an appointment easily, was able to drop the trailer off early as I had a scheduling conflict, I was informed of any issues with the repairs and service I requested. Repair and service were made in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the work, clean and effective.

This is my go to spot for any car repairs and inspections. You can book online! The employees are extremely nice and helpful. Prices are more than fair. I refuse to take my car anywhere else!

The furance in my Fifth wheel was not turning on. Butler service center took the information of my furnace so they could bring several parts with them to possibly fix the furnace. They could not locate the problem so had to remove the furnace and take it to the shop. They kept in contact with me the entire time since I live in another state. They fixed it timely and were very reasonable. I would recommend Butler RV to anyone needing service on their RV. Great service all the way around.

Called late on a Friday, they got me in for an inspection and tire rotation on Monday. Extremely professional, polite, and had my vehicle back to me about 30 minutes. I'll definitely be going back.

Awful. Let’s start with lack of information on the tires I wanted. I was very specific on what I wanted. I was told that I was getting a non-ply tire so the tread would be “slightly different”. That’s a lie. I was told, “we tried to get information on your vehicle, but your center console was locked.” You’re damn right it’s locked! If they needed information on my vehicle (since you were just putting on new tires) or for me, you could have just asked for my ID instead of trying to search through my vehicle! I left to go get something to eat and came back to my vehicle done. I said these weren’t the tires I asked for and that I was unhappy. I was ignored by both sales reps and the receptionist only cared about my money. I paid and then walked out to find my driver’s window all the way down as it was sprinkling. Cool. Glad it wasn’t pouring.Service: Tires
