PalePickle here. Remember protest is not a fiction thing but by faith. Meaning u no longer need to be present because it is an act of treat if u r present in person and can be detian under the new law the Bush signed in bill. Thanks to the Rich and wealthy. Let together stop the storm before they control everything we need.

Drivers are helpful and friendly, fares are totally reasonable! My only complaint is there's only 1 place to purchase the tickets (SUNY campus) ahead of time since drivers are prohibited from giving change...

Last weekend my 84 year old mom and I took the Butler Motor Tours Lady Liberty Weekend to New York City. Both my mom and I have traveled extensively and taken many bus tours in the past. This was the worst bus trip either of us have ever taken. The bus had open seating, no reserved seating arrangements; but because of pick up schedules, our group was the last to board the bus in PA. By the time my mom and I boarded, only 2 seats were available. They were in the back of the bus wedged between the bathroom and the wheel well/rear window frame. Our seats were also against the back wall of the bus and could not be reclined, so we were essentially sitting in a boxed in area at the back of the bus, directly over the wheels. We were also seated lower to the floor than all the other seats, so we could not see over the seat backs in front of us, out the windows, or view the TV monitors further up the bus (onn which 4 films were played during the trip). The air conditioner vents stopped at the normal row ahead of us as did the overhead air vents, so for our 11 hour bus trip, we had no air conditioning, no incoming air from the vents, and no air circulation as we were against the back wall of the bus. At each stop of the bus, we complained about our seating arrangements and asked that seating be rotated so that we would not have to suffer the discomfort for the entire trip. We were simply told, we don't do that. Remember, this was open seating- no reserved seats. We survived the first day and set out the second day to be first on the bus rather than last so as to secure better seating, however we were told that everyone could regain the seats they were on the previous day and we would have to resume sitting in the worst seats on the bus. The bus driver told us that if we didn't want those seats, perhaps we didn't need to be on the bus. The host (of the trip) despite our many previous complaints only acted as if our concerns were inconsequential and offered no assistance or remedy. Mind you, we paid the same fares as any other passenger, no discount for third class steerage seating. Again, day three of the trip we were told we would have to sit in the seats at the back of the bus with no accommodation, apology, etc. At this point all I wanted to do was rip the host from the two seats she occupied in the front of the bus and have her sit in the back. I even suggested to her that she let my 84 year old mother sit in one of the front seats beside her. When I made the suggestion, she said she had a lot of "stuff" there. I suggested she put her "stuff" in the back seat, but we were again told we would have to sit in the back seats. This was the most uncomfortable bus trip either my mom or I have ever taken and our host and driver were the least concerned about our comfort or safety of any tour personnel we have ever experienced. We will never use this service again or recommend it to anyone else.

I no longer live in the Butler Area! I needed to depart from Pittsburgh PA.on Friday evening, and had called Butler to find out what time and where the bus departed from what I was told the Convention Center downtown Pgh. Where does the bus depart from in Pittsburgh PA??????? And what is the last bus times???????????? They need a recording or something, you can't even get information regarding times once the Butler office closes!!!!!!!

I wish it was possible to give this company a negative rating. For the second year in a row, their bus broke down on the way from McMurray PA to Washington D.C., on the way to the Right To Life March. Looks like we are going to miss this beautiful event. Called up ahead of time to request them to make sure the bus we rented was in better mechanical order than last year's. All to no avail. I wonder if they gave us pro-life Catholics a bum bus on purpose. Never use Butler Motor Transit again. Big thumbs down.

I did not ride the bus company. However, I did almost get hit by a bus today while he was backing up and not looking. We were honking and trying to back up ourselves without hitting the car behind us before we got squished. I had my entire family in the car. The bus missed a turn. And instead of looking at a GPS to figure out how to loop around he almost hit us and then I believe hit his fellow bus following him when he tried to make a tight turn. He was the worst driver ever. This was in ct. Unbelievable. It was scary. I never write reviews but I had to say something.

Just completed the Washington DC Cherry Blossom Tour and I am excited to say it was a great tour. We had a great driver, Brian and tour hostess Tammy that made it worth the trip. Butler Motor Coach provided a knowledgeable DC guide, Eric. Eric gave us great history to Washington DC sites. Eric was very knowledgeable about everything for DC. Washington DC was beautiful. We also had a great guides at the each of the sites such as the Capital and Arlington Cemetery. Glad to be able to use the tram at Arlington Cemetery. Saw lots a walker, too far to walk for me. To these great people involved in this tour kudos. I could not name everything we did. It is definitely the way to travel in DC. Tammy was a great hostess making the trip fun. Brian was so helpful and getting us safely to our destinations and back home. Our stay was at a new Marriott hotel in Falls Church. Great hotel. Loved the group dinner. BMT Company should reconsider the Union Station visit. Disappointing. Too crowded and dirty. Very clean and nice bus provided. Overall A plus. This trip will make you proud to be an American.
