My husband and I always loved going to Butler County Ford. We were honestly pretty bummed out when Cochran took them over. Well, with the current value of used cars, we decided to trade ours in and gave them a shot since they're local. Let me tell you, the team there is world class! As you can imagine, with supply the way it is right now, finding something that checked all the boxes of what we needed without paying a fortune wasn't a piece of cake. But the fellas at Cochran did a fantastic job helping us find what we needed and kept us right on budget. We will definitely continue on as loyal customers of this location. I know we weren't the only ones that were sad to see this dealership change hands, but I highly recommend you try them out if you're looking to purchase in the future!

Over the past 20 years or so, I've purchased 4 vehicles from Butler County Ford. The service department is excellent, personnel even better. When you buy a vehicle here, you get no-charge inspections yearly. What a great deal!

Took 16 Explorer in for 3 safety recalls, broken door lock, inoperative active cooling louvers, and state inspection. Dropped off Monday, they diagnosed louver, and lock issues, called me ask how I wanted to proceed. They ordered parts, called my third party warranty company and they covered the 2 items, finished inspection and recalls, picked up on thursday. Very professional and kept me in the loop.

Truck showed a message that it needed an oil change and we were due to leave on a trip towing a trailer. They were able to schedule the service the next morning. Ease of mind for the trip.
