They accepted my order online only to call me the day of the funeral at 10am telling me they couldn't make it deliver my arrangement. Change your website then because you accepted my order and I drove in from buffalo for a funeral. I don't have time THE DAY OF to find another florist. Told all my family in butler about it and they agreed the staff has gone way downhill in recent years.

I received the most beautiful arrangement of roses from my husband and they came from The Butler Florist. They were delivered almost a week ago and they still look and smell as beautiful as the day they arrived. If you are looking for a great florist in the Butler area, I highly recommend The Butler Florist.

I’ve ordered from here twice now and had a great experience both times. I’m not local so I’ve never visited but called to order deliveries to the hospital and the staff was friendly and so helpful! Beautiful flowers and timely delivery too. This will be my go-to florist anytime I need something in the area!

Cheryl was wonderful to work with. I called on a last minute day of flower arrangement delivery for my Grandma and she was incredible helpful. She had great ideas and calling from the other side of the state I trusted her judgement and suggestions! I can't wait to see a picture and I'm sure my Grandma will love the arrangement! I can’t say how over the top, absolutely gorgeous, the flowers were. I had a special request to include some personal Mardi Gras items in a funeral arrangement. The designer went above and beyond to make the arrangement special. The beauty far exceeded my expectations. I wish I had taken a picture. Amazing job!!!!

I was really pleased with both sets with corsages and bootaners that we ordered and picked up for the homecoming dance today. When I first got in there, about 5 people were waiting, and at least 5 more came in right behind me. But they seemed well organized, and it was 5 minutes tops till I got my order and was walking out the door. They both matched the girls' dresses perfect and looked really good.

This florist is absolutely amazing! I called to order a memorable item for a funeral service and the staff went above and beyond! Sent pictures to my cell phone of different items to choose from and I received another picture once the arrangement was completed.

I ordered 4 baskets of flowers for a funeral service and explained what I wanted . They were so amazingly beautiful . I could not believe how gorgeous the sunflowers and yellow roses were . They were absolutely perfect . Thank you for the amazing job you did . I would never buy flowers anywhere else .

Order a personal arraignment for my fiancés bridal shower and butler florist knocked it out of the park and exceeded my expectations. They did everything I asked for and the staff was super friendly especially the cute 4 legged worker. Highly recommend!!

I live out of state, and I call here a few times a year to order flowers for my mom. They are so kind, accommodating, and they deliver BEAUTIFUL floral arrangements. I’m not knowledgeable about flowers, so I only ever request my mom’s favorite colors and a budget, and they’ve never disappointed. I’ve tried the national delivery services, and they simply don’t compare. Shop local - The Butler Florist can’t be beat!

Incredible quality!!! Bought a live wreath here for the Xmas holiday...it's now March and the wreath is STILL looking gorgeous hanging on our front door; hasn't dropped a needle yet! And the price was fantastic.
