I'm just speaking for myself, I experiences the worst customer service in a very long time from I believe her name is Bonnie, or maybe its carol i forget . Shes in one that messed her leg up. It seemed from the very first encounter i had with her she was agitated with me n rude. I only used the pharmacy 3 months and this last incident I called my scripts in on a Thurs the 25th about 730am. I went to pick them up Friday about 315 she said there not ready. I said it said they were processing at about 8am this morning. She said ya there not done! So I said okay so Monday the 29th, she said yes. That's 2days after my script was due might i add,that was for 4 prescriptions. I called true scripts asked for next cheaper pharmacy. She told me instead Like 3$ I'd be paying 10$. I said ya that's fine I'll pay for the customer service. Oh and let me add when I got my scripts it said fill date was the original date of the 25th.. Weird a pharmacist is going mess with someone and keep there script til there ready to give it to you. Just seems wrong in my eyes. Let me add I can not say anything bad about the male that works there.

Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. I recommend UPMC personally. Worst service I’ve ever seen.

Dr. Robert Fishman with BHS Neurology is one of the best neurologists out there. He is very helpful, friendly, caring, and educated. I highly recommend him.

From pre-op to post-op,recovery to getting a room. The nursing staff went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Everyone was super friendly and efficient and more.

When living I. An area that only options close by r more then half hour I choose butler for my six month old daughter we had such great er staff friendly n helpful as could be all the way through urgent care thank you all so much for all u do I as an heath care worker also have so much respect for us all during this time!!!

Exceptional people and a wonderful place to work!! I feel valued and I feel I have a voice with Butler Health System. I couldn't have asked for a better team of compassionate individuals who desire to serve their community. I owe BHS an apology for the issue I had with making an appointment. Within a short time they contacted me, explained what the issue was and resolved it. I’m completely happy with them. It was a mistake about the scheduling. I’ve never had anybody call me to try to make things better. Thank you! 100% recommend.
