They tried to bill me more for taxes. Even after sending a pdf of the w2 they sent another bill of the same year saying it was not paid.
Then they're endlessly saying I didn't pay per capita tax even after sending confirmation of payment emails TO me.
I said I was sick of this on the phone and the rep hung up on me saying she would not be listening to me talk about her company that way.

I mean really, need I say more? The one start says it all.

It’s like some horror movie writer was asked to design a nightmarish hell scape WORSE than just paying taxes the old fashioned nightmarish way. A system full of lying, duplicitous, corrupt, miserable, humans and documents who seem to have been chosen to work in this cesspool because they enjoy it. What a horrifying, miserable experience.

Just wanted to share that I got a bill today, it's brand new with no late fees, never seen before, and also my mortgage company pays property taxes out of escrow, threatening to garnish my wages for $23 lol. They also had terrible instructions for filing annual wage taxes, because the amount they sent back was late, wrong, and then they blamed me for it. Ok, fix your forms and you should fix your attitude as well while you're at it.

Not only did they bill my dead mother a per capita tax last time I called in (she had been deceased for a number of years), but when I had an issue with a final notice of a charge I never got a first or second notice for, they were incredibly rude and hung up on me. Zero stars, if it were possible. Yikes on a bike, guys. Get it together.

We moved counties, I received a letter and filed for our original county. Never received a letter for our current county. Now, they want to charge me a fee despite the fact I already paid them and I owed $0?! What even is that? I owed a $25 fee for a $0 owed balance.

Sends advertisements nearly identical to their requests for payment, which had the obvious consequence that I would throw away their requests to collect assuming they were advertisements. Then has the gall to charge exorbitant late fees.
When I called them saying that they sent an advertisement that was identical to their collection requests, of course people would throw away their collection requests, they said they send "reminders to pay taxes." What's so shocking is that this supposed good faith reminder had flyers and instructions on how to pay my taxes on their website and using their app. This would be the equivalent of Burger King declaring one of their advertisements a "reminder not to starve."

It is an extraordinarily useless service when your duplicate tax bill is sent to these people by accident.

These crooks said I didn’t file a return 8 years ago. I sent them copies of the return and the canceled check and they are still threatening to garnish my wages for another $1100 dollars. They need to be escorted completely out of the state of Pennsylvania. I am reporting them to my state representative

Had a very, very difficult time proving my innocence to the moral tax judges to be here. Online, phone, and physical location services are all incredibly inconvenient to use due to their hours and automated services.
Better to cudgel your way through their main phone line than wait days in between email responses if you can’t make a physical trip here. If you have additional issues I’d suggest contacting your local tax collector or state representative.

I have left multiple messages for customer service. Can never reach anyone even after holding forever and can’t get a call back when I leave a message. And I keep receiving bills even though we lived out of state over a year ago. Not sure what to do at that point.

They mixed my information up with husbands and tried to give me a run around story as to why this happened. Never sent me a letter that they were garnishing wages (which was proven through USPS informative mail). Sent me a check that said I overpaid and then the next year said they overpaid me. What a joke!!... The fact they get away with this stuff is wrong. I think the individuals who make mistakes as much as they do need to be revaluated and audited themselves.

This company is an absolute nightmare. The way this is run should be criminal. I’ve currently been on hold with them for over an hour. They double and triple bill and then you try to call and there is absolutely no one there. How is this legal? How did we get stuck with this sham of a company?
