My mother n law and elderly woman was having car starting trouble. When got her car to Battery Warehouse she was greeted with a smile and kindness. The Technician went far and beyond to explain what the problem was with her car, help her get the right battery and installed a simple charging cord for her to keep her battery charge because she doesn’t drive it often enough to keep her battery charged. Way to go guys,, we need more service to help out the elderly in this world. Thank you for your kindness ?

All in one battery place. Technician, checked out my alternator, and recommended a battery replacement. I was in and out in 20 minutes. While I was there I had them replace both my key fobs, same my garage door opener. Very reasonably priced.

Big thank you to Battery Warehouse!! My battery had died in my car. We didn't know it until 5pm on Friday as we were leaving. Stopped at Advanced Auto to have them test it and replace. The guy there said couldn't do it. He'd have to remove some panel to get the battery out and it would scratch the paint. I'd need to go to a dealership or Battery Warehouse. It was 5:40 when I called B.W. They close at 6. The guy there said no problem get here asap. After Advanced kindly jumped my car again, we headed down the hill. The guy (my apologies, my husband nor I got his name) at Battery Warehouse was very nice. He said the battery is actually in the back seat. Super easy to remove and install. We were there 15 minutes. He even took the time to explained to my husband how to help the battery keep its charge since I don't drive daily. We are so appreciative for him being so kind and not rushing us out or denying my call. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

We bought the best deep cycle battery they had for our boat and had kept having a dead battery even with a solar charger. We finally took the battery back because the 1 year warranty was almost up and they said they wanted to try charging it back up with their "special" charger. Every time we called they said they wanted to try something else until the warranty expired then called and said yes the battery is in fact junk so we went in to pick up the new one and they informed us that the warranty expired and wanted $90.00 to replace it. We informed them that we dropped the battery off there BEFORE the warranty expired and they said it goes by the day we replace it not when it was dropped off. Buyer beware. Unfortunately you can't give less than 1 star.
