August 13th I went to baglier(across from sheetz) to sign the paperwork for the truck I bought from them. before I went to get this truck, I obtained my own financing through a veteran credit Union for a lower interest rate. they said we can match that interest rate if you want to obtain the loan through us. so there's no external transfers. I decided that was totally fine as long as it was the same interest rate and loan terms. it didn't matter to me where the loan came from... this was a week before the 13th when I officially bought the car. fast forward back to the 13th. I get ready to sign the paperwork. turns out they ran my credit multiple times, couldn't match the interest rate, didn't reach out to let me know and was just hoping I would miss it on the paperwork. I saw it and the guy said well I thought you were planning on refinancing anyway... I let it slide even though I shouldn't have this was the first issue... in my sales contract baglier was to provide me with a spray in bed liner, aftermarket heated seats, the radio antenna my truck was missing and an emissions inspection (I paid extra for these things). they were supposed to be in touch the by following week to set the appointments to get all of these items wrapped up... I called the following week when I didn't hear anything and got told I'll get back to you... I called the following week after that and got told the same thing again... fast forward today is now September 20th. The person I bought my car from does not work for them anymore, I have now placed three calls to management this week. the only person that has returned my call is one service guy that at least scheduled my spray in bed liner but cannot do any more for me... My first payment is due next week so now I'll be paying for the things in my truck that I don't even have.. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THIS PLACE! you are nothing once you exit that lot

My husband and I have made a point to not walk into any sale “looking” like we have money. I cannot in good conscience send anyone to this dealership for a vehicle purchase. Also telling they have their Facebook reviews off. My husband was looking to trade in his work vehicle, which is what we drove. It was apparent that Justin read us and already had written us off walking across the parking lot. My husband and I turned around and bought a ‘22 pre owned truck and a ‘24 new suv crossover the same day with 2 trades at another local dealership since Justin didn’t have the time of day for us. As someone who works in Revenue Operations and my husband being a Sales Manager.. I was very happy to give Northpointe in Seneca, PA our business and that salesman a nice commission check. From one sales professional to another, might want to work on your customer experience. We had several friends recommend this place.. very happy we took our money elsewhere.

Not satisfied. Took my car there after a collision and since pick up have had nothing but problems- All things that should have been addressed while it was there. I actually called 15 min after picking it up to tell them but they wanted me to come back the next day. I live 40 min away. I had to return to get it checked over again since it was out of alignment and steering wheel/entire dash was vibrating. Informed me that it was a preexisting problem. Funny since it didnt happen til i picked it up. Car was out of alignment (shocker considering it was a front end collision and they did work under there) but wouldnt fix it until approval from insurance. Called to check if they had gotten approval was told no i needed to call. I called and insurance informed me they already spoke with them and sent an email approving it. I am now taking it elsewhere for alignment, etc. because now my 49k mile vehicles transmission is acting up and i shouldnt have to come back to have them review it for a 3rd time. I will not be back.
****UPDATE*** MY CAR HAS NO OIL IN IT AND THERE IS NO LEAK I HAVE BEEN DRIVING THIS CAR WITH NO OIL FOR WEEKS WHICH THE CAR HAD AN OIL CHANGE AND IT WAS ONLY AT HALF LIFE UPON PICKUP

Today I had the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I took my Brand new 2024 GMC Canyon AT4 in for service. I explained to the gentleman that checked me in that when I had called to set the appointment I explained the issue. The first thing in the morning when I get in my truck to go to work, I cannot get the truck to shift from park into drive. In order to get it to go into drive, I have to turn the truck off on and off several times and put the parking brake on and off several times then it would go into drive. The gentleman was very nice and very professional he asked a few questions - was the truck parked outside, was the truck parked on a decline or incline, was the parking engaged when I shut off the truck the night before. I explained that the truck was parked in my garage on level concrete and the parking brake was not engaged. He politely asked me to wait in the waiting room and he would let me know when the truck was done. After a short time the gentleman comes in and asks me to come out into the shop and explain the problem to the mechanic. As I walk out the mechanic is leaning up against his toolbox with a look of disgust on his face. I make the first attempt to explain the problem and was interrupted by the mechanic who persisted to tell me that he has a so and so year gmc truck that the parking brake engages with no ryhme or reason and there is nothing you can do about it. I made my second attempt to explain that that was not the case with my truck. He interrupted me for the second time and said if I can't find anything wrong there is nothing I can do. I attempted for the 3rd time to explain the problem to yet be cut off again by the mechanic who is now raising his voice and swearing saying if I can't find a F'ing problem, there is nothing I can do. I then cut him off in a louder voice saying if you would listen to me Chief instead of telling me what you want me to hear then you would know the problem. I screamed I never said it was a parking break problem. The Truck will not shift out of park in the mornings. He screamed back saying they told me it was a parking break. Then persisted to say Snapon hasn't brought back my magic wand yet so I can't magically diagnose problems.
I am furious at the fact that the mechanic thought it was ok to yell and scream at me. I can understand being frustrated about not having all the information. But in a professional world you do not treat people like that. The gentleman that checked me in apologized up and down for the mechanic. And said he does the same thing to him. I have been in management for over 30 years and cannot believe that level of unprofessionalism is tolerated at Baglier Buick GMC on Rt8 in Butler.

This is our second purchase from Baglier. They are professional and very friendly and they are very knowledgeable about the vehicles they are selling. I wouldn't hesitate to visit them again when we are ready for our next family vehicle. Very family friendly.

I have encountered several issues during my recent visits that I would like to bring to your attention:
1. Conflicting Information:On multiple occasions, I received conflicting information regarding the service to be performed on my vehicle. This has caused confusion and frustration.
2. Unprofessional Disclosure:It was highly unprofessional and uncomfortable to be informed that an employee's pay was being deducted due to a discrepancy between the warranty company and the dealership.
3. Repeated Visits: I had to return my car several times to complete the work, which was inconvenient and time-consuming.
4. Unmet Expectations: The dealership set specific expectations for the completion time of the work, which were not met. This lack of adherence to the promised timeline was disappointing.
5. Lack of Communication: I had to call multiple times to inquire about the status of a part ordered because there was no communication from the dealership.

My truck was taken in and checked over thoroughly, repairs were scheduled for the next day. Was told to plan on all day for the truck being down, they called at noon and said it was done. As always top notch service and people! I recommend Baglier

What a Great Dealership to buy from !!! Very Very upfront and professional !! Felt like I was dealing with close friends. I’ve bought a lot of vehicles before, and I’m even from Florida, but I’ll fly up to Baglier Buick GMC again and drive their vehicles back to Florida ANYDAY, just so I know I’ve been well taken care of. Please do yourself a favor, ask for ADAM in sales, he’s AWESOME and really does care about his customers!!!
