“Best off road shop , service, professionalism, bar none. Dan and his staff are fantastic. I called and talked with Dan on what I was looking for, he explained and gave me options and I ended up getting exactly what I was hoping for at a very competitive price. The Coil Overs on the lift that were installed ended up having a manufacture defect. After I arrived home I called and told Dan about the noises and sent a couple photos for him to see what I found after looking at the install. With in 3 days Dan had 2 new coil overs in and re installed them at no extra cost. I was very happy with the way Dan took charge of the situation, he also apologized multiple times and I ended up very satisfied and thankful. THIS IS A FIRST CLASS SHOP THAT PUTS THEIR CUSTOMERS FIRST. Does great professional work.”

This place is an undisclosed thrift store! Only discovered it as I was driving by and saw a sign in the window said “and thrift store” as its main purpose is an auto parts shop. The two men who were working there were very kind and the prices were right! They had kitchen and glass and lamps and Knick knacks, baskets and tools and even new shoes. In the back, they had a large storage of misc goods to go through! I found McCoy pottery and newer electric razor scooters. Vintage furniture and appliances. Just awesome! Go and take a look! I’ll be going back regularly ?”

“The counter associate Mark, was hands down the best help anyone could have asked for. He exemplified professionalism, courtesy, empathy and textbook customer service. At one point he said, and I quote, “I’m not here to give you answers, I’m here to help you find a solution.” He literally gave me 100% of his time and attention. He was patient, understanding and extremely helpful.At one point an elderly came In lost and looking for FedEx. He did not know where one was but took the time to look it up on his phone and helped her to understand how to get there. NOT his job but further shows his true nature.Now, he did mention that this location was not his typical store, so I thinks it’s important to mention, I am reviewing Mark more so than this Advanced Auto location. Advanced, you’d better take care of this one. He’s the real deal!Mark, thank you sir!”

“No nonsense in and out old school parts store. They aren't the Walmart of autoparts like some of the others, but they definitely have the unique parts you'll probably need where the others do not, and, they don't charge you an arm and a leg for them either.”
“I believe it was Tony who was running everything. Had an appointment at noon he got to me about 1215 after he handled the person in front of me. Took my info told me about and hour after he found the tires. Was closer to hour 45. I figured an hour was a stretch for 4 tires. Everything went smoothly.
Only thing I might suggest the tires are marked with the position for the valve stem and they were off. I did see a good bit of weight on the wheels but it drove home smoothly.”
