Called for a homeowners insurance quote. Only company out of 4 that was not only unable to provide me a quote, but was also not able to provide me a timeline in which they’d be able to give the quote. Discussed need for quote as soon as possible due to home buying process, she explained pictures were needed, that she doesn’t take them, and doesn’t know when they’d be able to be take them. This was on a Tuesday at 2:30 pm. Unbelievable.

I just switched to Erie Ins. thru Advantage with Jeremy Green last April from a different Co.Premiums were more reasonable for the same coverage.Had one minor glitch and Geremy fixed it realy quick.Very good to work with.Would highly recomend them.
