The service team here is fantastic! I came for a quick oil change and was greeted immediately by Steven. Steven and his team are awesome and we’re quick to help out and answer any questions I had regarding my vehicle. They provided me with an inspection video to further understand other issues with the car which was nice. Shout out to the salesman who allowed me to use his phone charger as well! Overall such a pleasant experience, I recommend Cochran Subaru of Butler to anyone looking for efficient service and kind staff! Will be returning for all of my Subaru’s service needs. Thanks for being the best!

Awesome experience! Would definitely recommend going there if you’re in the market for a new Subaru. Quinten was great with listening to what I wanted. Mike was fair with the trade in value of my old Subaru, and crystal was very nice to work with for financing. She provided me with a ton of options that fit within my budget. No pressure from anyone. Went in around 930AM, left around noon with a brand new 2024 Impreza hatchback! Do yourself a favor and contact the people here.

My dog peed on the passenger seat on the way home from getting fluids at the vet, I called #1 Cochran and they were very helpful and understanding. They ordered me the new padding and cover for the seat and installed it for no cost. Subaru loves dogs. Very satisfied!!

I had my 2019 WRX towed here on a Sunday because it died on the turnpike. I spoke with Josh Conner first thing Monday morning and he was very friendly and professional. Long story short, my short block and turbo needed to be replaced (luckily still under factory warranty for ONE more day). He explained the whole process and kept me updated about everything. The engine ended up getting taken out and completely torn apart so Subaru Engineering was able to look at it and confirm it was not something I caused to happen. Once it was confirmed that it would be covered under the warranty, they replaced what was needing replaced and put the car back together in about 24 hours! It really was amazing how quickly they fixed everything and had the car ready for me to pick up. I really really appreciated Josh's kindness and everyone who worked on my car and had it done so quickly!! I am still mind blown about how great of a job they did and how very helpful Josh was through this process!! Thank you guys for fixing up my baby!!!

I have nothing but good things to say about both purchases at #1 Cochran Subaru Butler. I’ve worked with Logan and Kyle and had great experiences both times. I’ve also been very pleased with the service department.

First time used Subaru owner so first time at dealership for diagnosis of radio issue experienced by so many. Dealership was so very courteous and professional, however Subaru itself only willing to pay for half of replacement cost of radio despite having car less than month and only a little over 100 miles out of warranty. Should have stuck with Chevy!!! The stars are for dealership not Subaru.

I am very satisfied with my vehicle purchasing experience. My salesman was very patient and never pushy. I test drove 4 different models and he was very good at answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is interested in purchasing a Subaru.

Told me my TCM wouldn't program because the car wouldn't idle long enough. I took it home and immediately off the flatbed without any other work to it I had it idling for 30+ minutes. $200 for them to tell me it's still broke is crazy.
