I came into the store due to a cracked screen protector. I was helped by Austin who was very kind and professional. He had me in and out within a few minutes. I was very satisfied. :)

Austin just helped me out tremendously. I was due for an upgrade and in need of a new phone due to the screen cracking; he was able to hook me up with the new S24 Ultra that I wanted. He was very professional in how he handled the matter and transaction. Very seamless experience. I'd definitely revisit for anything I needed and would recommend to anyone I know to visit him at the store versus carrying out an online transaction. He's very personable and knows his stuff when it comes to Verizon! Thanks Austin!
