For years Creekside did the yearly maintenance on our pellet stove then this year, unbeknownst to us, they'd been bought out by AES and when they came at our request to do the stove's yearly cleaning we'd asked for, they instead tried to convince us our whole chimney needed rebuilt (it has a few superficially chipped bricks) and our liner was too short (although it had been installed by a Harman technician). When we declined, they left without cleaning our stove and said they would send us a bill for $120 for coming to our house. We will never use them again nor will we recommend them to anyone.

They were supposed to service two separate units (standalone propane gas stove and propane fireplace insert) by replacing thermocouples on both. The technician could not get the stove to work at all after the replacement, and he said he would contact us after talking to his boss. We never heard anything back from them. The fireplace insert (also had a thermocouple replacement) worked for about a month, and then stopped working. I think we deserve a refund of our money, but it appears Creekside is not into "customer satisfaction guaranteed". I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

We had two pellet stoves installed last April replacing two wood burning stoves and we couldn't be happier with our decision and choosing Creekside.

Great company to use if you need a wood stove overhauled. I transported my Jotul F3 to Creekside Hearth & Patio from my house in Virginia because I couldn’t find anyone to work on it. New parts and new coat of paint and we’re warm and toasty again for the holidays. Top notch customer service!

This was the best decision we made to get rid of our pellet stove and get this gas stove. Very little maintenance. The installation went very smoothly. We just love this stove. Heats our family room very efficiently. Great place to buy a stove. Thank you.

I highly recommend Creekside Hearth and Patio based on our experience purchasing a PDC Swim Spa. We were well informed about the options available and how long it would take to get the swim spa based on the high demand due to Covid. It took about 6 months to get our swim spa, but we couldn't be happier with our purchase based on customer service provided during the sales process, installation, and post-installation support. We are looking forward to enjoying our PDC Swim Spa for many years.

Bought a Jotul wood stove insert ( used for primary heating ) and two chimney liners, one for the wood stove and one for my boiler. The installation of everything was good. However the blower system in the Jotul stove is continuing to be a issue with the fan system vibrating and is obnoxious when it’s in your living room. Apparently this normal because I have called several times and no one wants to make it right !

Nice folks. Knowledgeable.---Follow up: We did buy our gas fireplace from Creekside. They did a great job on the install, including running the gas line into the house from the (new) meter and installing the fireplace and flue liner. Worked quickly and obviously had the experience to overcome the small obstacles we had to work with.

I live a hour away and I would travel just to give them my business. They were extremely helpful and kind and went out of their way to make sure I got the customer service I needed. Not to mention their stock quality and variety.
