Jamal and James were exceptional leads in our move. The crew was on time, prepared and worked quickly. Most importantly they were polite and helpful. The service from All My Sons is a great value, they moved our home with no issues at all.

Honestly if I could rate a zero I would. I had a two bedroom move, not even 5miles apart & they took a full 9 HOURS! Then threaten to take my things if I didn't pay the total in full. I still have to move things from my old apartment as I tried to get them to quicken the pace. Boxes were brought in upside down & they took the carts my building allowed them to use. Such a shit company.i also requested 3 movers to make it go quicker (which means I was willing to pay the little extra to be done) & I ended up with two guys & all they did was say how it was the last thing they wanted to be doing & how drunk & high they were the night before.

I used All My Sons for an apartment to apartment move. They were able to fit me in last-minute for a next-day availability to facilitate my work schedule. I worked with Alex and Jamal on the day of my move. They were both strongly communicative with me to assure proper handling of my possessions and provide the greatest value for the time I had them. Extra care was taken to wrap up the more fragile items and situate them appropriately for the move within the truck. Pure varsity level athleticism and cardiac health was demonstrated in their multiple trips to and from my 3rd floor apartment, which had no elevator assist. Unfortunately the truck suffered a dead battery prior to departure for the new apartment, but Alex and Jamal were considerate to stop the clock & make sure I wasn’t charged extra for that lull time. We suffered one casualty - my bedroom dresser. The employees submitted a claim to the company on my behalf to get back any repair fees required. I had a great experience with my moving crew and coordinator from All My Sons. Highly recommended for when you are moving your home

Michael Will and Jason did an excellent job very timely very clean moved an hour in and out of one location out of storage unit up a couple flight of stairs. These guys didn’t quit. They did a great job.

Horrible customer service and lack of quality. Prices aren't what they say they will be. Don't do it. I live in another states, so I had them move my mom and the "189 per hour" turned into 600 bucks for 1 hour. Poor quality and one of the guys didn't even help. My brother helped pick up most of it.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with All My Sons. I attempted to resolve this with them via a phone call with Mike but they were unwilling to work with me on getting a resolution. When I requested that I at least be credited back one hour of time citing all of the issues below, Mike rejected that request.After seeing many glowing reviews for All My Sons, I booked them for a simple move on a Sunday. I had a couch, desk, desk chair, bed & bed frame, some other small and light furniture items, and less than 20 boxes (I counted them).All My Sons took four hours to move me. An hour of this was driving time - but my destination was only 15 minutes away. Mike at All My Sons explained to me that they have to take different roads with their truck, but I highly doubt this would add 45 minutes of driving time. To put this into perspective, when I moved two years ago with the same items, another moving service (Friendly Movers, HIGHLY recommend), only took 1.5hrs to move my items. Derrick Owens was really helpful, friendly, and worked hard, but his helper, Brendan, moved at a snails pace and did probably half the work of Derrick. It was clear that they were in no rush to get the job done. There was a lot of dilly dallying. I started moving things myself because I was so frustrated at the pace the move was going.I also paid for at least 30 minutes of Brendan removing tape from their moving pads, which Mike from All My Sons said was standard. So prospective customers - know that you pay for menial tasks like the movers removing tape from and folding moving pads. I also want to note that you pay for their plastic wrap/tape that they use, which isn’t cheap. Their hourly rate looks good until all of these things get added on.To top it off, they broke my desk which is the one thing I needed to not be broken, considering I work from home. I’m in the process of submitting a claim for the desk and will update this review once there is a resolution there. I also only had one box with fragile items and Brendan dropped that box. Finally, the walls are scratched and scuffed everywhere.I don’t expect moving services to go perfectly but I do expect movers to be respectful of their customers’ time and belongings, and I don’t feel that I received that respect from All My Sons.Again, I would highly recommend using Friendly Movers - they are extremely fast, experienced, and charismatic. I wasn’t able to book them this time around but I definitely learned my lesson. I will not be using All My Sons moving again and would suggest you use any other service.
