We had the pleasure of working with Pat Marie Hartnett today. She was beyond fantastic! Extremely professional! She helped my 99 year old grandmother with such care and patience! A true asset to Wells Fargo! I can not thank Pat enough!!

I had a great meeting today with Pat Hartnett to learn about HELOCs. Mrs. Hartnett took all the time I needed to understand these kinds of loans, as well as various other kinds of loans Wells Fargo offers. She's a complete pro at finance. She even gave me some insights into the housing market in general, which is in a tough time right now. At no point did I feel pressured to take out any loans or anything I wasn't comfortable with.Yes, it sucks this bank doesn't give or take coins in bulk. But I've found their customer service to be top notch, and I've been going here for the better part of a decade.

How about this ? We have 3 mortgages with Wells Fargo. Over 2 million dollars of loans and each month we send 1,000's of dollars to them to pay for our mortgage loans. We have been doing this for over 3 decades. On occasion our business needs change ( quarters , ones , fives ). Yesterday , I went to get some quarters via the drive-thru and was told we are not a customer for this type of cash exchange. I just shook my head. This could be the worst rule in modern day banking history.

There are some very nice folks who work here.Im glad there is a drive thru.Management seems callous and self-absorbed.Possibly corporate culture from an institution that normalized customer fraud.

These people have forgotten who the customer is. I have been with them and their previous banks for over forty years. In that time, their fees have increased as their service has declined. Now I am trying to buy a house and wire money and they decided that I couldn't, so they stopped the wire transfer and closed my online access. I was told to go to a closed branch to make an appointment to get access to my money...stay away!

Horrendous customer service earlier this afternoon. 4 tellers behind the desk. 3 customers. One of the 4 tellers was at a drive-through with no customers. The 2 customers ahead of me appeared to have non-routine transactions, but both were frustrated why their transactions were taking so long. I left after waiting on line for 10 minutes. This branch is the poster child for a bank that cares nothing about its customers. I went to the branch in Bala Cywyd and was in and out in under 5 minutes.

Called in at 9am for a change order that they said would take a hour. I waited a little longer then a hour to pick it up. When I arrived at the bank there were no guest in there and my change order wasn't set up at all. I then had to wait another 10 to 15 for them to get it together. One of the tellers sat on their phone on Facebook. I find it crazy that it took an hour and a half to fill one change order and no other guest. What is the point of calling in an order if they just wait til you get there to put it together???

You have posted hours til 2:00 on Saturday. I came to the Bryn Mawr branch at 12:40 on 3/10 and you were closed. That sucks.

Great staff and service. I just moved into the area, they were all very warm and welcoming!
