Really love living here, and appreciate all the effort the office and maintenance staff put in every day.
As a suggestion, I would really like to to see a grounds keeper hired full time to clean up the public areas.

All of the maintenance staff here is wonderful! I especially want to call out Malik, who was friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We are very lucky to have him and the rest of the amazing maintenance staff here!

Public areas are always clean and if there is a personal issue with your apartment the staff is qi k to reply and go above and beyond to fix the issue.

I don't have an evaluation to do as I don't know the place yet, but I would like to know what the apartment options are for rent, prices and necessary documents? Thanks

I stayed at my friend’s apartment at Radwyn the summer of 2022 and… oh boy. The pest issue here is truly out of control.AVOID getting a ground floor apartment at all costs. The ground-floor apartment I stayed in was completely overtaken by mice. I found three dead mice in snap traps under the stove the day I moved in. They seemed to have been lying under there indefinitely, leading to a horrible smell of decay and ammonia. The morning after I moved in, I saw a mouse run by my foot in broad daylight. I called the office and they were very kind, and sent someone from facilities in that same day to try and set up traps to get rid of the mice. To their credit, they would come in every Monday to try and set up traps/ tracking powder/ poison. But over the course of the next few weeks, nothing seemed to help. There were 6+ mice roaming freely around my apartment at all times. 3 calls to facilities proved mostly fruitless. At this point, a professional crew of exterminators should probably have been called in.I also spotted a large rat in my backyard, scrounging around in the neighbor’s flower plants. The rat jumped from porch to porch, climbing on people’s furniture (including mine). It sat on my porch chair and looked at me through the glass door for a while before I smacked the door and scared it away.Whatever Radwyn is doing to combat their pest situation is clearly not sufficient. Perhaps this major pest issue is connected to the waste management issues other commenters have already mentioned. Lots of trash tends to just pile up by the dumpsters here. It’s sad because the apartment itself seemed nice, and clearly consisted of high-quality cabinets, appliances, etc. and the location felt cozy and peaceful. The neighborhood was lovely for going on walks, etc. But the mouse and rat infestation was truly out of control, and made for a miserable experience living here.I had to break my sublease agreement and move out after a month because the situation was so bad.I pray no one else has such a bad experience here.

If you are okay with rats coming into your house and living with you, you can buy it even if you pay more than $2,200. Even if plague control comes, it won't help at all. You must also clean up trapped mice yourself.

I stayed at the Radwyn for a year and loved it. It is a clean, quiet place and very convenient to so many things, including my own business. They were responsive to any maintenance requests. I enjoyed the salt water pool during the summer as well as just walking through the grounds. The only reason I gave a four was because the water pressure in the apartment was low. I'd like to specifically mention Sally Secundo and Marisa Harris for working with me and going out of their way to help me with my particular situation. They couldn't have been any nicer and more supportive. Thank you!

I had some minor maintenance issues. It took a month to get them fixed. I can understand this as they were not urgent issues and their work was well done. The problem is that the maintenance team did not get my permission prior to entering. I believe they should have called at least once before their visit.
