“My experience at the Havertown Verizon Wireless store has been nothing short of excellent! I needed a new phone to replace my 8 year old Samsung S8. I was helped by Jailane and she was the best! She has thorough knowledge of the phone I chose and the plans available through Verizon. She answered all of my questions to my satisfaction and did it enthusiastically and with a smile on her face. “I am severely hearing impaired and my speech to text device collapsed. I also got kicked off the internet. Essentially I was helpless. Montrell figured out how to reaccess the internet AND return my speech to text device. He tested it with me and was very patient with someone who cannot hear. That was mroe than service. Montrell was kind.”

“Probably the best retail customer service I ever had. I went there to switch carriers and Alyssa who I believe is the store manager was friggin awesome. She was so friendly and patient and very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to help me out and I was extremely impressed with her. She needs a raise her own store or something. It’s rare to find these days so I hope att&t realizes what they have with her and I will always go to her store as long as she’s there. I also left with a great plan and new devices with better service than I had with my previous carrier so it’s a win all around”

They even had snacks and water for me and my kids and the new manager, Phil, was very charming and helpful. I even enjoyed the old school R&B playing, made me think of old times.
