Been with this practice for over 15 years. Every Dr is wonderful and staff is amazing! Dr Dein is incredibly thorough and honest! He is the best! I never wait more than 5 minutes for my appt.

I feel this medical practice does not care about HIPAA violations or medical identity fraud. I received a text to remind me of an appointment here despite not being a patient and never making an appt. Fearing that I may have been the victim of medical identity fraud, I immediately called the office. The first person who answered (forgot her name) was rushing me and immediately put me on hold for 14 minutes. Brenda then came on the phone and NONCHALANTLY said "oh I selected your name when making someone else an appt." Apparently I had been a patient at a Axia practice in ANOTHER STATE a whole decade ago and she made an appointment for a completely different person without verifying first! How could anyone working in the medical field disregard the importance of privacy and overlook simply choosing the correct patient??

I know most people write to complain but I thought it was important to write about my visit today so that they know their efforts are not in vain.
I have been a patient of Dr. Bernardini for many years. She is fantastic. A very professional and caring doctor. She makes you feel like you are her only patient. Dr. Bernardini is very thorough and an excellent doctor. I feel blessed to have her as my doctor.
I wouId also like to thank Rashanna. When I wasn’t feeling well, I called for an appointment.
Roshanna was so efficient and sensed my concern and found an appointment for me. When I went today she told me she was the one who made my appointment. I was so pleased she did. She was very kind and caring. A very pleasant employee.

I had a pleasant and kindhearted experience with Main Line as a first visit. They assisted me in arriving to my appointment. They were courteous. The establishment was refreshing and my personal, Anti Pet Peeve, the restroom was spacious, orderly and very clean. The staff spoke clearly and with care. The Dr was keen to answer questions I had(very important) I look forward to what is in store moving forward. The garage was extremely quiet, you could here a pin drop.
