Rude and aggressive service. The employee "Maria" rushed me and talked to me in such an arrogant way . Do you a favor and go somewhere else. Maria, have some humility and treat others with respect.

Had an amazing experience with their very knowledgeable staff. The selections of clothes, shoes, accessories and gowns was incredible. They clearly carry the best lines and know what work and help you find what you need.

I love shopping here! The store has something new to see every time I go in, and it's so nice being able support local businesses too. Staff are all wonderful - helpful without ever feeling like they're trying too hard or faking anything (which is really refreshing). Plus the atmosphere makes me feel special as if there was actually someone seeing my needs instead of just another face amongst thousands...love this place

Just picked up my very beautiful mother of the groom dress. I have a mixed review of this boutique. The particular sales person (Mirella) who worked with me was really lovely, as was the seamstress Christine . It seemed clear to me however that the owner of the boutique, who had initially been extremely friendly over the phone, was not particularly interested in my business. Although she had originally told me on the phone when I made an appointment that she would be happy to help me select a dress, when I arrived she seemed cold and disinterested and handed me off to another salesperson . She then approached a second customer who seemed lovely - and was a size 0 for sure. I have heard that this is the reputation of the boutique, mostly catering to the size 0 and size 2 set. I feel very happy with my beautiful (expensive) dress . Again when I returned to pick it up today after it was fitted, the owner was fairly perfunctory with me. She didn't ask if I was happy with the dress that I was going to be wearing to my son's wedding. When one has a special event coming up and goes to a lovely boutique like this to pick something special out, one wants to feel like a special customer.

My sister took me to this shop to find a dress for my niece's black tie wedding. I honestly didn't think I would find anything in this little boutique shop since I had been searching the larger department stores with no luck. Latrice has nothing but the best. Their selection of clothing, accessories, and shoes are amazing. Mariana was absolutely wonderful. She asked me a few questions about myself and what I like and then pulled a few dresses for me to try on. I tried on the third dress and knew instantly that it was the dress for me. She had the seamstress come out and make a few alterations. She then picked out shoes and earrings and I was on my way in about 40 minutes.

I had a great experience at Latrice! I had been shopping around (without success) for a special outfit for a wedding rehearsal dinner. The clothing is lovely, unique and of high quality. Mariana was the young talented stylist who worked with me for over an hour and helped me choose a fabulous ensemble. It is quite pricey, but worth it. Highly recommend this store.

My mother bought her mother-of-the-bride dress from Angela at Latrice. The complete experience was exceptional! They have an in-house seamstress who took care of multiple fittings and made sure it looked perfect. Will absolutely shop here again

I absolutely LOVE Latrice! My experiences there have always risen above my expectations. The sales team is amazing - they are very warm and welcoming. I also love how they are on instagram because it helps me stay up to date on their awesome inventory!

Albeit pricey, Latrice has beautiful clothes. They are great for both special occasions and nice pieces that will last. The problem I have with the store is that the sales women (with the exception of the young brunette, who is a total sweetheart) are very phony and extremely push. The last time I went there, as I was standing at the counter to pay for a dress, the owner would not stop bringing items to me in an effort to make a bigger sale. It was very annoying. I didn't want to be rude but I felt like walking out of the store without buying anything. In addition, when I was trying things on in the dressing room, the owner asked if I wanted tops to try on with some pants and I politely declined. She then had another sales person bring me some anyway. Enough is enough. They need to give their customers some space. There is a difference between being helpful and being obnoxious.

I'm so surprised by the previous review. I don't know if it was an off-day but Latrice has a seamstress in the store. I've shopped at Latrice of Bryn Mawr and their store in Margate and I believe their customer service to be top-notch. They personalize the experience, customize outfits and help build entire seasonal wardrobes. Their clothes aren't cheap, but they are designer and high quality. Their merchandise is updated all the time and is always on point with current industry fashions. I love the accessories they carry and am obsessed with J Brand Jeans (seriously, try them!) The sales people here really get to know you and the store manager and owner even help on the sales floor. I don't have one bad thing to say about this place. That's not entirely true...there isn't a ton of parking and it's all meter, but if you're shopping here you shouldn't have a problem dropping a couple quarters!
