First time I have visited this LabCorp location. The check in was easy and glucose test went smoothly. The nurse was gentle and I didn't feel the needle. I received results quickly. No complaints.

I was a walk in. Registration at the kiosk was a breeze. Was seen within 10 minutes by Aaron who did a great job and was out the door 5 minutes later

I have the misfortune of needing to come here 3-4 times a year. Even when you make an appointment, you will wait 30-45 minutes. The front desk will blame you for their mistakes, such as misplacing your paperwork on their desk, handing you the information for other patients, or checking you in as a walk-in rather than as someone with an appointment. I've also seen the front desk yell at elderly people who just need help with the check-in machine.
The person who takes your blood is very kind and skillful, and I've seen him be very frustrated with the front desk service as well (with no impact unfortunately)
From now on, I'm going to drive further just to avoid this location.

The absolute worst Labcorp location you'll ever visit. Every time I go, the experience gets even more horrendous. The staff is unbelievably rude and shockingly incompetent. Avoid this place at all cost.

Staff is always rude.
“Appointments” often run 30-60 minutes behind schedule.

Awful facility. Don't go here if you have ANY other option. Why on earth the largest insurance providers in the region are contracted with this absolute clown show (Labcorp) is beyond me...

Service is absolutely horrible. The front desk staff treat you as if you are an inconvenience to them…they can’t possibly be bothered to smile or treat you with the simplest kindness. They never seem to be able to locate lab slips that are sent over, and area doctors know this, so they now send you with hard copies. To have a reputation like that in the community is embarrassing. The phlebotomists always feel like students who just graduated. I am one step away from needing to walk them through what to do next or to hand them their next item…and it isn’t my profession. I wish we had a better option in the area.

Woof. This place is a mess. I had an appointment for 11:15 a.m. It doesn't seem to matter if you're a walk-in or have an appointment. They have this weird process of calling you back, processing your information, and then sending you back out instead of being seen that moment. I waited until 11:45 and had to leave as I've never waited this long at a LabCorp before. All of the people before me were walk-ins. There was only one woman doing the labs. I'm not sure if that's common at this location as this was my first time. Save yourself the time and energy and go to another location.

This Labcorp is a great experience, especially when you book your appointment ahead of time. Aaron has drawn my blood multiple times. He is methodical, efficient and I barely feel it when he sticks me.

I walked into a very full waiting room without an appointment. I saw Wendy and Aaron, the only 2 Labcorp employees, trying to accomodate everyone's requests while keeping things moving and attending to their clientele.
I can't imagine that it wasn't a tremendous amount of pressure, but they did it with patience, grace and kindness. Wendy was not only conducting the tests but also working the check-in desk. During his time with me, Aaron made sure of my comfort and kindly fulfilled a specific request I had regarding my visit.
I think Labcorp should consider at least 4 employees for that very busy location which would be a win-win for staff and clientele alike.

A total mess. Lack of communication. The employees are running all over the place. I wouldn’t recommend the Bryn Mawr location.

You’re waiting far, far longer in this Labcorp than any other I’ve been to. No matter if there’s a couple of patients ahead of me, it’s always 45min to an hour. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
The lady at the front desk is third degree rude. She's always there. Don't bother her with questions - a customer support 800 number is printed on the glass divider. She insists you call that number.
Here's a first for me: the Labcorp dipsht didn't fill my entire labwork script. Her response? "Call the 800 number... "
Unfortunately this Labcorp the closest to my commute so I’m here 4 times a year.

Excellent and efficient service always. Liz, I think her name was, was quick and pleasant. I have never had an issue here and have come a few times over the years.

Not sure about the bad reviews but this was my first time there and my experience was great. I did have an appointment and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Very quick and easy
