The salespeople are the snobbiest, rudest people I have ever met. I was shopping for a gift and I had just come from work, talk about judging a book by its cover. They should only know! I was ready to drop a bundle on my wife and they totally judged me by what I was wearing. I am an established architect hired to do a big job in the area and I actually get my"hands dirty". I did clean up but the staff was rude and disregarded me and treated me like trash. I will NEVER shop here nor will I recommend such a rude establishment. The clothing isn't even the best. Overpriced and not even that great. Horrible experience. I ended up going to Boyds, Saks Fifth Avenue, and Joan Shepp, recommended to me by folks at a great coffee place called La Colombe. They were super nice. Note to the folks at Kirna Zabete: "Don't judge a book by its cover." Your loss. By the way, I dropped $10,000 that day. You are idiots. Your taste isn't even that great. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!
