“I've been a member for the last year and I love it! The trainers are friendly, encouraging and supportive, and I love that I can also go whenever works for me whether a trainer is there or not. It was a real challenge for me in the beginning, but I felt myself getting stronger and more cardiovascularly fit. I started off at twice a week, then three times, now I often go for times a week. I've lost fat and gained muscle and I'm excited to continue getting more fit as I continue in my 40s.”

“LOVE this place and these people! Morning, daytime, evening and week-end classes are available to accommodate everyone. That was especially important to me, because I like to attend a 90 minute Bikram class, every single day and my schedule is very rocky! I find all of the instructors Chalise, Justin, Alana, Chris, Neil, accomplished, attentive and so approachable. I use modifications, because I have joint replacements and shoulder cuff surgeries.All of the staff are open and friendly .One of the co-ownwers, Andy, has asked the Focus community, to take walks with me, when I could not take classes and was healing. He expressed his warm wishes for me to heal and come back, because I had shoulder surgery. The community engaged, chimed in and have really helped out! Focus is inclusive in every way and members bring their children, as well as their parents. I feel very blessed to have connected with Focus Bryn Mawr!”
